"Sure you can do this, Queenie?" Malachai asked the Jones girl jokingly, a large grin on his face as they shook hands, "You know, you could skip this whole stupid race and join the Ghoulies, it's way easier that way."

Queenie scoffed, "The only way I'll be joining the Ghoulies is if you win this race," She replied, giving him a glare, "Which will never happen."

"Feisty," He chuckled and Queenie ignored his comment before she began to speak up,

"We'll race over Hurk Harvey bridge to Dead Man's curve. First one back here wins the race." She explained to him before heading back to the car.

Queenie smirked at Cheryl as she walked towards the spot in between the cars, holding a red ribbon in her hand. Toni was getting ready to do that same exact thing, giving Cheryl a confused look, "I uh usually do the honors." Toni informed Cheryl, who didn't seem to give a crap.

Cheryl smiled brightly, shaking her head,"Not today, Cha-Cha. I was born for this moment." Cheryl replied, glancing over at Queenie, who sent her a smile.

Once entering the car and closing the door behind her, Queenie picked up the leather gloves she had brought her and placed them on. She glanced at Sweet Pea, who seemed to be glaring at Malachai.

"Engines warm and ready?" Cheryl spoke up, a large grin on her face.

Queenie nodded her head, giving a small thumbs up while Malachai did the same. Cheryl kept smiling, placing her sunglasses on before she lifted her arms up. Slowly, Cheryl extended her arms out as she arched her back, indicating the race had begun.

Queenie instantly slammed her foot on the breaks, already speeding off with Malachai on her tail. It felt exhilarating to race the car, she had done it many times before, but this time, it was for a cause. It was to save her people from making the mistake of joining up with the Ghoulies.

Queenie had a smirk on her face, feeling a rush of power that she had the need to never give away. Sweet Pea, on the other hand, seemed a bit queasy with how fast his girlfriend driving.

"Uhh," He groaned out, shutting his eyes for a moment as he leaned his head back, "I guess this is karma for all the times that I made you car sick from driving so fast." He commented, causing Queenie to laugh a bit as she kept her eyes on the road.

The two teenagers were in the lead of the race, yet Malachai was still close behind. Soon enough, he caught up to them in his red car that almost reminded Queenie of a hearse.

Purposely, Malachai began to slam the left side of his car into the passenger's side of the car Queenie was driving. Queenie's eyes widened, her hand quickly herself back into the right place before they could drive off the road, "W-Woah." She said as Malachai continued his immature game of repeatedly bumping into him.

After every hit, Queenie and Sweet Pea were thrown to the left side, causing Sweet Pea to become extremely car sick at that moment. As Malachai began to speed past them, Queenie became a bit angered, "You know what? Screw this!" She shouted as she roughly whipped the steering wheel to the right, immediately bumping into Malachai's car, which caused him to almost go off the road.

This caused Malachai to slow down a bit as they approached the narrow bridge, "Queenie, we're coming up to the bridge." Sweet Pea warned her suddenly.

"I know, I got this, Pea. Don't worry." She assured him with a small smile as she began to speed up a bit.

"I'm putting my trust in you, Queenie! Just please don't end up killing us!" He pleaded and Queenie couldn't help but smirk to himself.

"What? Because you're a virgin?" She asked him jokingly and Sweet Pea looked at her shocked, "Don't worry, if we get out of this, I'll surely make it up to you."

Just as they were about to get on the bridge, both Malachai and Queenie knew it was too narrow for the both of them, causing Malachai to suddenly slow down a bit, but it was the opposite in Queenie's case. Once she noticed him gradually slowing down, Queenie cut Malachai off and drove in front of him, something that the man wasn't expecting at all.

Soon enough, Queenie and Sweet Pea were off the bridge safely, Malachai following behind them.

"Queenie, you did it!" Sweet Pea cheered loudly, causing her to smile brightly.

"Told you I could," She replied as they arrived at Dead Man's curve. It was a bit hard to go fast on the curved road, but Queenie was able to do it with ease with Malachai still stuck behind her.

At the end of the road, Queenie whipped the car around and made a U-turn.

By then, Malachai was able to catch up to her, almost getting close to passing her car. Once again, as they approached the bridge and Queenie hoped that she would be able to get in front of him before that time came.

As the two cars were side to side, Queenie glanced over at Malachai's car, to see that they were both going the same speed, "Oh, dear God. I'm so going to regret this later on." She muttered quietly, causing Sweet Pea to frown.

"Regret what?" Sweet Pea asked, a concerned look on his face.

His question was immediately answered as Queenie roughly slammed her car into the side of Malachai's car. After watching her do it numerous times, it was clear to Sweet Pea what she was trying to do; she was trying to run him off the road.

One last time, Queenie slammed her car into his with full force and was successful. As the car was driven off the road, the car flipped once before landing upside down.

Queenie and Sweet Pea shared a shocked look with each other, "Should we...Should we go back?" Queenie asked him, not seeming too sure about what she should do.

Sweet Pea scoffed, shaking his head, "Hell no. After what he did to you, that asshole got what he deserved." Sweet Pea told her and Queenie nodded slowly.

Queenie pressed her foot on the breaks, speeding off in the direction of the finish line. Soon enough, she arrived, the Serpents cheering loudly for her.

Queenie smiled brightly as she exited the car alongside Sweet Pea. The Ghoulies ended up fleeing, probably to go find Malachai, who may have been still stuck upside down.

At the front of the car, the two stood in front of each other, "You did it." Sweet Pea told her with a large smile.

Queenie shook her head, "No, we did it." She corrected him.

Sweet Pea cupped Queenie's face before pulling her in for a passionate kiss. A crowd had formed around them, numerous Serpents patting Queenie on the back. They were proud of her. Only one Serpent didn't seem to be happy, and that person was Tall Boy.

________

Queenie entered the trailer later that night, holding hands with Sweet Pea. Once they got in, they kissed each other once again. Sweet Pea ran a hand through Queenie's hair as Queenie wrapped her arms around her boyfriend. Sweet Pea moved his hands down to her waist, lifting the girl up as they entered the kitchen.

He lifted her up and placed her on the counter as they continued to kiss. They pulled away after a moment to catch a breath. Sweet Pea smirked, "So...what was that thing you said in the car during the race about making it up to me?" He asked her curiously, "How do you plan on doing that?"

Queenie laughed, placing a quick to his lips before staring at directly into his brown eyes. She leaned forward, placing her lips near Sweet Pea's ear, "I have a few ways in mind," She whispered to him softly as she began to take off his jacket.
