"just stop, cody. you can't do anything about it." i pleaded as he dragged me down the corridor, stomping to ethan's apartment.

"yes, i can. i could straighten him up." he snapped.

"no! i love him!" i said as he knocked on the door. his eyes rolled and met mine.

"do you really?" he sassily snapped, fixing his eyes back on the door. the door knob twisted and the door revealed mrs. dolan.

"hello, aviana. pleasure to see you again, sweetie." lisa smiled at me. i returned a gesturing smile, and it wasn't fake.

"good to see you too, mrs. dolan." i stated, trying to be nice.

"are you here for ethan?" she asked, pursing her lips.

"yes, actually. i wanted to talk to him with, um," i put my hand on his shoulder,"my friend cody."

lisa smiled as she shook hands with cody, still a bit unsure to trust him.

"well," lisa smiled,"come on in."

"ethan, dear, you have a visitor." Lisa calls out. ten seconds later, ethan walked out with a smile plastered on his face, his arm hooked with nicola's. she had a shit load of makeup on, and a beautiful long orange dress. his black jeans and black boots looked nice with his black t shirt. all black. nice... he had an orange flower in his breast pocket, bringing out the color in his eyes.

his hazel, sparkly eyes widened as they found me, but then he shook it off.

"good evening, sweetheart." ethan smiled at me.

"hi, ethan." i blushed a bit, a small smile across my lips.

"cody, meet-" i was slightly, but quickly cut off.

"elliot." cody clenched his jaw.

"it's uh, actually ethan." ethan escaped nicola's embrace and took a couple steps forward.

"so, how have you been?" ethan smiled at me. seriously?

"i've, uh, been getting a lot better, thanks. what about you, valentine?" i slid my hands into my back pockets.

"great, thank you." and before i could even think, i was surrounded by ethan's embrace. it made my heart literally go warm.

i knew he was enjoying this, and when i looked at his bicep, i was left speechless.

on there, was tattooed,"aviana," with a small heart for the dot in the letter i. my eyes glossed, but i blinked the tears away.

when he hugged me, i felt like the only girl in the world. like i was his everything. but i'm nowhere near that. his touch made my sadness disappear and my anger vanish. he made me soft.

his embrace eventually left my touch and had my body go cold, which left me a bit disappointed.

he walked back over to nicola, who was smirking, eyeing me down as he pecked her cheek.

"elliot-" cody started,.

"ethan." ethan grunted, gritting his teeth.
