As they walk away from the Captain's Room, Capt. Faulkerson Sr and Officer Carla are in awe...is this really happening? Richard has never ever shown any interest in women since Jodie...and that was quite a long time. Capt. Faulkerson pulled out his pocket watch, opened it and kissed the picture of his departed wife... At the Upper Deck
R: Here we go...Pasta Avenue, mababait ang Chef dito, mga pinoy din...
M: Parang 50% dito s PanStar Crew mga Pinoy ano?
R: More like 70% pero may mga half2 yung iba... kami nila Dad, half American, ung iba half Chinese or Japanese dito. Masaya naman.
They went inside Pasta Avenue and Ann, the Chef told Richard to go up, it seemed that word got out that he is with a girl thus Ann saves the best spot for them.
M: Ano daw?
R: ahhhh akyat daw tayo kasi maglilinis sila dito...
The view was spectacular, they can see the stars and the lights of Shibuya from afar. Teena came in and hand them the menu, Maine and Richard both said "Carbonara" and Teena couldn't help but to giggle - they look so good together she said to herself. It was Chef Ann who serve them the Carbonara with dessert - Tiramisu.
They talked about their jobs, Richard explained how he technically grew up in the Cruise because his Father would take the entire family every vacation so that he wouldn't miss them growing up. This is how he started to be fascinated with the engine, operations and ship itself. Maine told him about how she became an orphan at 11 years old, and how she had been taken of by her favorite Aunt Margo. She took up Culinary Arts because at the time she has no idea what to do with her life but endes up enjoying it. She said that desserts are her specialty; she made a face when she mentioned that so Richard did not bother to ask more questions.
As they are eating Tiramisu, fireworks started and Maine got excited, she likes watching fireworks she told him...and I love watching you enjoy it Richard said to himself. Maine was like a little girl smilling and clapping her hands while watching the fireworks. Her phone started to ring, it was a video call, she answered it...
