Capt. Richard Faulkerson Sr is having dinner with his Mother and daughter when RJ walks in; he told his son to clean up and join them.

RS: Ayan na Nay, galing sa paninilbihan ang apo mo...ano nak napagod ka ba?

RJ: Hindi naman po...masaya po ako sa ginagawa ko..

R: uyyyy si Kuyaaaaaa

L: At balita ko ipagluluto mo sila bukas ng Paella?

RJ: Yes Lola....yung recipe po ni Mama na pnraktis natin ung 55th birthday ni Dad...

RS: 54th birthday yun...

R: Pero 56 ka na di ba Dad?

RS: Wala kang Jo Malone! Ibebenta ko n lang yun!

R: Sabi ko nga 53 lang si Dad eh!

L: Eh kelan ko ba makikilala itong si Maine (Riza screams due to her kilig)

RJ: Huyyyyyy mabibingi kami sa iyo! Ano po La, sana sa Sabado na! Sana payagan po siya dito...

L: Galingan mo ang pagluluto ng Paella ha! May mga sahog ka na?

RJ: Bukas pa po...pero kukunin ko n lang po yung tahong at mga sea foods kay Carla sa Mayora Sea Delights po.

RS: sabi ko naman sa iyo Nay, hulog n hulog na...

L: Tama lang yan...nasa edad na si RJ.

The next day, Richard is awake by 4 am and once again borrowed GMC of his father. Richard Sr laughs out loud as he sees Richard loading a large wok in the vehicle.

RS: Nak may kawali naman siguro sila dun!

RJ: di pwede Dad...sabi ni Mama noon ito ang magic talyase! Dito ko dapat lutuin yung Paella!

RS: O sige, teka samahan kita hanggang palengke tapos tricycle na lang ako pabalik...

RJ: Dad wag na po...promise di mag a amoy isda ang sasakyan mo ayan o ang daming container...

RS: sige na...para bibili din ako ng makakain namin mamaya ipagluluto ko din si Lola mo at Riza.

As Richards Sr and Jr went to the Market to get the seafoods and othwr ingredients, people were in awe of them. Most of the Sellers know them and when asked why they were up and early, Richard Sr said...

"Eh kasi itong si RJ magpapasikat sa Tita ng girlfriend nya, ipagluluto daw nya ng Paella!"

The Sellers smiled and cheered for Richard Jr some even helped them to load the sea foods in his vehicle. Richard Sr bought a dozen crabs and told his son to go ahead and he will be heading home as well.

Mendoza Mansion, 7am

R: Magandang Umaga po Manong Walter!

W: Anak ng tahong naman talaga ohhhh.... halika na pasok na natin yang palengke s sasakyan mo! Wag kang lingon nang lingon...nag j jogging ang mag Tiyahin!

R: Okay po...

As if he's been doing it for so long, Richard helps the Kasabahay in preparing breakfast, for this day, breakfast is consist of fruit slices, porridge and different kinds of bread.

Tita Margo and Maine walked into the dining area and found Richard helping the Kasambahay in setting the table. Both ladies are in awe seeing how Richard is getting along with everyone at the household. They ate breakfast and the ladies excused themselves to freshen up and will be back to see how Richard will be making the Paella.
