fight | chapter 24

( A month later)

Will is sitting in the kitchen, Mike and him just had the biggest fight ever. The whole house feels cold and empty without Mike in it. It really feels like something is missing when Mike isn't there.

The fight started out small, both of them was just tired and irritated. They have had fights like that before after long days of school where they just pisses each other off but then Will asked Mike if he still was in love with El because will is insecure and jealous like always, even though he and Mike has been a couple for over a year that hasn't changed. He's still the scared boy that feels like he is the most ugly and stupid human being ever. That he is a useless fag, just like his father always told him. Will still feels scared and some days he still thinks that Mike is going to leave him even though he knows that he would never do that. He also knows that Mike isn't in love with El, he knows that but some times when Will feels insecure about himself it feels like Mike would be better off without him.

The fight got bigger and bigger and Mike screamed at him over and over again that he hated that Will always brought up El and then he walked out of the house and slammed the door harder than ever.

So thats why Will has been sitting on that chair in the empty kitchen for over an hour now and he's starting to get really worried. Mike and him has had fights before but not like this. Will just sits there with a heart that hurts, he feels so bad. He just want Mike to come back home again. He hates to see Mike so upset.

Will waits and waits but Mike doesn't come home, he tries to call their other friends and Mikes family but no one knows where Mike is.

When Jonathan comes home Will runs up to him.
" We need to find Mike" he shouts.
" What do you mean" Jonathan asks with a confused look on his face.
" We had a fight and he ran away and now he's been gone for hours" Will says with fear in his voice.

Will and Jonathan walks out to the car and then they start to look after Mike. They are driving around the whole town but they can't find him anywhere. They keep driving for a long time. Will is crying when they are driving back home again without finding Mike. If something bad has happened Will would never forgive himself.
" We need to call the police" Jonathan says but then all of a sudden they see a familiar face in front of the house

Jonathan stops the car and Will just runs out and he just throws himself in Mikes arms, he doesn't care if Mike is still angy he just needs to feel his arms around him.
Will is crying against Mikes shoulder.
" Where did you go Mike, we looked everywhere" Will sobs.
" I just walked around in the forest, i needed to figure out what to say to you to make you understand that you are the only one i love" Mike says with sadness in his voice while he's holding Will tight.
" I'm sorry" Will says.
Mike pulls away from the hug and grabs Wills face.
" William Byers I'm so in love with you and I've been for a very long time. I know that we fight and scream but there is no one other in this world like you. " Mike says with a steady voice.
Mike words makes Will smile like an idiot and cry even more.

Mike kisses Will hard on his small lips.
" You are the only one i want"
