I arrived at my mother's house and was engulfed in a bear hug
"Ohh, my baby!"
"Hi mom"
"I wanted to tell you in person so I could see you, I'm going on a cruise with aunt Sheila"

"I wanted to see you before I left, I want to get you a souvenir"
"That's very thoughtful mom, I look forward to that" I smiled
"Well I'm already packed up and I have to get on a plane to get to Chicago to meet up with Sheila"
"Ok, I can help you carry your bags to the car"

My mom backed out the drive way and waved goodbye
I waved back.
I went to my old room and went to sleep
The next morning I found something to eat and turned on the tv
I stayed like that all day
And it was fucking awesome

I didn't realize it was him until he murdered someone
