Julian's PoV

Nick was busy writing notes in his tattered notebook, a wide grin on his face. He had replaced his electric guitar with his acoustic guitar, on which he would occasionally produce a couple of notes.

Fab laid in the spot where he was when June and I had been singing, dozing off lightly.

Nikolai was sitting on the couch across from the band set, where he was fully engrossed in a game on his old Gameboy.

I was sitting on the couch next to Nikolai, holding my phone in my hands, deciding if I should bother to call June or not. Just to tell her that I had...well, fun. Singing with her.

And how we should do it again tomorrow.

Nikolai must've seen me deliberating, because he paused his game, and looked at me.

"Just do it." He said, as if he were able to read my thoughts, which at that point, I was highly inclined to believe.

"She's probably at home. In bed. Curfew." I made up excuses.

"Does she look like a curfew kind of girl, Julian?" Nikolai asked flatly.

"You're right." I decided, shrugging. I punched in a few buttons, and clicked on June's number.

I texted her a quick 'hey', and then quickly regretted it. Nikolai nodded in approval.

"Was that so hard?"

I shook my head, my eyebrows raising slightly.

All of a sudden, a loud 'buzz' erupted out of nowhere, and 'Living On A Prayer' by Bon Jovi began playing from the corner Fab laid in, waking him up with a start.

Nick confusedly looked up, a loud chuckle erupting from him.

"What the actual fuck..?" He laughed. Fab sat up, pulling out a thin, familiar device with a blue, plaid case.

"Oh god, she left her phone here."

"Wow. Nice ringtone." Fab said, half annoyed that he was waken up in such a fashion.

June's PoV

I spun on my heel, and began walking in the other direction.

"What did you forget?" Albert asked, quickly catching up to me.

"My phone." I answered breathlessly.

I jogged back to Julian's house with Albert puffing behind, just to find that Julian was already standing outside of his door, with my phone in his hand.

"Uh, thank you," I said, giving him a hurried smile. Before I could check my notifications, my phone rang.

'Wooooooaaah, we're halfway there!

Woaaaaah, living on a prayer~!

Take my hand, we'll make it, I swear!

Woaaaah, living on a prayer!~' My phone rang loudly, causing my face to flush a bright red.

"Hello?"

"June, baby!" My mother greeted through the receiver.

"Hi, mom."

"Listen, Hun. I'm gonna be extra late tonight. I'm going out with a friend or two, so I don't mind if you sleep over Albert's tonight."

"Uh, okay mom. Have fun."

"I love you!~"

"Love you too," I muttered, blushing. I hung up the phone, then noticed an extra text on my message board.
