June's PoV
~ Two months later ~
Julian and I have been frequently having vocal sessions, and also going on dates. Yes, we were official.
Albert was also gladly welcomed into The Strokes as their rhythm guitarist. My mother, well, it seemed as if she had more of a night life than ever before...

"June! Wake up~!" Albert sang with his hilarious mono-tonal voice. I sat up, rubbing my eyes tiredly.
Albert flopped onto me, his heavy body collapsing onto me.
"I'm AWAKE! Agh, you're heavy!" I shouted, shoving Albert off of me.
"Shut up, June! Your mom's still asleep from last night." He reminded me, clamping his big hand over my mouth. I grunted, and licked his hand.
He yanked back, a disgusted look on his face.
"Yuck. You're fucking gross."
"So are you." I said, shrugging his comment off.
I rolled off the bed, and got into the bathroom. I came out momentarily, wearing a 'Seal' shirt, skinny jeans, and white converse.
I grabbed my book bag, and Albert did the same as we left the house quietly.
"I'm sure you didn't hear about it, but your mom's seemed to have found a boyfriend."
I gaped, picking my jaw up off the floor as Albert continued.
"No way."
"Yeah. Mom says he's 'heavenly'," Albert mocked, with a sashay and a womanly tone.
"Name? Looks?" I quizzed. Albert shrugged.
"I forget. Some long ass last name." He replied.
"Wow." I said, shrugging.
We arrived to school, meeting Julian and the boys on the campus, near the back lot.
"Hey, June Bug." He greeted casually, hugging me, then pecking me on the lips lightly. Our fingers intertwined lightly as we walked into homeroom.
"So, June. I was wondering if you were busy tonight," Julian asked me, biting his lip lightly.
We both knew that he always used that method in trying to convince me. And we both knew it always worked.
"Nope."
"Can I...come over?" He asked, a cute expression flashing across his face. I blushed, and glanced at Albert.
He simply grinned and nodded.
"June Bug..." He whined playfully.
"Fine." I said, giving up. Julian leaned over, and pecked my forehead. I gave him an obnoxiously toothy grin, and he smiled kindly back, shaking his head.
The day passed in an instant, and Albert kept pestering me about Julian's visit after my mom agreed without skipping a beat.
I twirled my index finger around a curly lock of Albert's hair, trying to distract myself from Julian's visit.
"Someone's nervous."
"Thank you, captain obvious." I murmured, breathing lightly through my nose.
"Anytime." Albert said, grinning. Was it me, or was he just getting even more obnoxious ever since we began hanging with Julian and The Strokes?
I sighed, jumping nervously when my mom burst into my room, dressed in a pretty dress she never wore anymore.
"June, Albert, my babies!~" she cried, throwing her arms around us and engulfing us into a big awkward group hug.
"Where are you going?" I asked after she let go, rubbing my neck lightly.
"On a double date, with my...friend, and his sister, and her husband. How exciting, right?!" She cried.
"Great, mom. What's his name, ma?" Albert asked.
"Oh, his name is Stephano.~ He's such a charmer. I'd tell you more, but I told him I'd meet him there by seven."
"Well, have fun, mom."
"Thank you baby. You too, with your little boyfriend. If you want...he can spend.."
"The night?!" Albert cut her off, raising his eyebrows wildly at me.
'Well why not? I know Albert here, will take good care of you."
I glowed a bright red.
"I'm older than HIM." I reminded her.
"Well, he can keep Julian in check. I've gotta get going now, babies. Good luck!" My mom bellowed, kissing my cheek, and then Albert's."
I nodded, listening as she left the house.
"I am gonna give you two HELL." Albert snickered, tackling me. I pouted.
"Do it, and karma will forever be on my side." I threatened, socking him in the ribcage.
"As if." Albert scoffed, sitting up.
'Oh, this life is on my side,
Well I am, your one..
Believe me, this is your chance, oh.."
Albert spun around.
"What's that song?" He asked.
"Uh, it's a song Jules and I were writing..." I answered. Suddenly, the doorbell rang. I sprang up, hitting my head on the dresser.
"Haha, oh shit! You okay, bro?" He asked me, helping me up.
"Yeah. Let me get the door, it's probably Jules." I said, running down the stairs and holding my head.
I opened the door, and sure enough, he was there, looking rather adorable.
"Hey, how's my June Bug?" he greeted, smiling. I grinned.
"Hey, Jules. Come in." I said trying to keep it cool as he immediately held my hand.
"Aww. Well, isn't that NICE." Albert's voice boomed from the top of the stairs.
"Hey, man!" Julian shouted, a big grin escaping onto his face.
"Let's go up." I suggested, dashing up the stairs and going into my room. Julian followed, high-fiving Albert as he got up.
I plopped onto my bed, smiling, expecting Julian and Albert to come in. Suddenly, the door slammed and locked behind me.
"Haha, June! You won't be getting to Jules that quickly~~!" Albert sing-songed, laughing.
"Woah, man. Can't I just see my girl?" Julian asked, with a slight trail of amusement in his voice, although I knew he didn't mean it.
"Nope. She's gotta find a way out first!~"
"Can't she just come out?"
"Silly, Julian. The doors lock from the OUTside." Albert snickered.
Well, shit.
