I couldn't believe what I was seeing, in my own eyes. I saw everything; my worst nightmare. Something that I never thought would ever happen.
The car, the car flipped over. It was Soda's and Steve's car. The car flipped over once, and slowly made it back to the top where it stood back up on its wheels. The hood of the car is dented, folded up; bented."Holy shit," Dallas whispered under his breath. He was the first to speak up after the gasps, that fell to complete utter silence. My gaze was still on the car, too shocked to even move. I'm whipping my head around to see where Pony and Johnny could be, I can't even see them. Dallas hopped over the fence, starting to run towards the car as fast as he can. There were bits of smoke coming out of the front of the car.
I couldn't move, but I knew I had to. I went over the fence, but Two-bit grabbed my arm, looking at me with much worry in his eyes."Please stay here," he pleaded. "I can't let you near there at all, it's dangerous." He glanced back at the car and me, begging me to stay put.
"Two-bit, my brother is in there and his friend!" I yelled in horror, still shocked. "I have to help them." I went to yank my wrist out of his arm but he only held tighter so I wouldn't go.
"Stay," He said again, more serious this time. He lightly sat me down, jogging down the stairs and over to the car onto the field, saying something to Dallas as he knelt down.
Soda and Steve got out, they can both stand pretty well but there was dirt scattered all over their arms, necks, some on their faces and their hair messed up.
I know Two-bit told me to stay, but I'm just happy to see their alright. I ran over, Soda smiling as he held his arm out. I smiled so wide I jumped up, my legs wrapping around his waist hugging him."I'm so glad you're alright," I mumbled into his neck, trying to keep my tears from running out. "I thought you were hurt."
"I'm alright kid sister," he said calmly, stroking my hair softly as I can feel him smiling, swaying me side to side. "I promise, just a bruise and a scratch."
I got down, dusting off my pants as I looked up at Steve, giving him a small hug as well. "You're alright, right?"
Steve nodded, ruffling my hair as he nodded.
"Of course I'm alright, I'm alive aren't I?"I chuckled, feeling relieved.
"The hell even happened?" I asked, crossing my arms trying to catch my breath as I looked up at Soda and Steve. Dallas and Two-bit came walking over."That damn Soc cheated in a blink of an eye, had a small knife stuck into one of his tires scratching the living daylights out of both our tires. Both on the right side, front and back. Didn't even know what to do." Steve growled.
I looked at Soda, then glanced at Dallas and Two-bit. Soda was clenching his teeth when staring right at Erik who was pulled on his side of the grass, earning high fives and slaps on the backs in victory. I was pissed. He knew that was my brother and my friend.
Some sirens started to fill my head as it was loud, I looked on over seeing an ambulance making its way through the field.——-
"You son of a bitch," I grit through my teeth as I stomped over to Erik, shoving him softly. The gang was hanging around underneath the bleachers as I told them I had to go to the 'bathroom'.
"Woah," he scoffed a chuckled as he put his hands up. "What's the matter with you?"
"You know damn right what's wrong with me," I pointed my finger at him. "That was my brother and my friend."
"It wasn't my idea!"
"I don't care whose idea it was, stay away from my brothers, stay away from my friends or I hope to god I'm going to break up with you so fast it'll make your head spin."
