Better News

[Roman's pov]

It's been week since we asked Alex for help, and I'm really hoping for some better news. I swear if I go through this door and I see another crying Patton, Alex is-

"Roman! Roman! We got accepted!" Patton shouted at me when I opened the door.

"We got accepted!? I'm going to have a child" I practically yelled. Virgil gave Patton and me that look that said we were too loud. I quickly apologized.

"I know you both are excited, I am too, but this process could take up to a month. It can months or even years for others, so we should be thankful" Logan reminded us.

"Yeah, considering we're most likely getting a child of a younger age, we have to baby proof the house, buy some new furniture, decorate their room, and who knows what else" Virgil agreed.

"I know, but we're going to have a kid, guys. We've wanted one for who knows how long" I reminded them.

"I agree, Ro" Patton said. He pointed at me and gave me a short kiss on the check. Virgil muttered something about not being able to disagree with Pat. I chuckled at their actions.

"So, how do we celebrate?" I asked excitedly. Patton's eyes lit up, Logan shook his head, and Virgil...

"How about we prepare for the work he have to do later?" Virgil suggested with a worried look on his face. Logan agreed with him, mimicking what Pat did earlier.

"But that's boring" Patton and I whined at the same time. This caused Virgil to snicker and slap his hand over his mouth.

"Okay, so should we watch movies and eat popcorn or go out for ice cream?" I asked. This prompted Virgil to flop on the couch and declare that he was not going to leave the house.

"Movies it is then"

Sorry for not updating in a while. It's just been a little crazy with lacrosse season, and I spent all of yesterday writing an entire new book lol. Oh, before I forget, you guys got any baby names? It has to start with 'Em'. Don't ask why. Well anyways thanks for reading. Comment, vote, whatever.
