Animals Tag

I'm bored again, so I'm creating a tag based on the Animals. YEP.

1. What got you into The Animals? When? (**If you can remember.**)

Great question. So I was bored this one day and listening to The Beatles, so I decided to listen to other music. I clicked on this video for "Light My Fire" by The Doors, then clicked on another video, which was "House of the Rising Sun" by The Animals. It wasn't my first time hearing the song, but I was immediately hooked. (I first heard the song several years prior on an informercial for 60s music and thought they sounded amazing!)

2. What's your favorite song by The Animals?

Hmm, I'll have to go with "Baby Let Me Take You Home." I like the way it sounds, plus I know how to play it on the keyboard. 👌

3. Who's your favorite member?

I think we all know this one. IT'S ERIC BURDON!

I love them all dearly, though!

4. Own any merchandise?

Well, a CD. I plan on gettimg more, though.

5. Favorite photo of them?

Doesn't feature everyone, but it sure is a great photo!

6. What do you consider the best side project/ group featuring members of The Animals? (Possible options: WAR, The Alan Price Set, etc.)

Great question I came up with, huh? Well, I'll have to go with WAR, though the Alan Price Set is great as well.

7. Are you a fan of/ listen to Eric Burdon & The Animals?

Yes! I don't treat it any differently. Still great music.

8. On a scale of one to ten, how much of a fan are you of The Animals? And why? (Explanation is optional.)

Infinity and beyond! I haven't been a fan for the longest, but have done a lot to show gratitude toward them.

I'd say I'm an average fan. Nah, that's an understatement. I like them WAY too much to call myself an average fan. I'm a committed fan, but not insane. 👍
