So, it's been a while. A very, very long while. I decided to update since I'm finally on break and have a good amount of free time. (I also wanted an excuse to rant, lol.) Now, onto the chapter!
I wasn't aware of how toxic some "fans" of The Animals could be on Instagram. Of course, I wasn't the one to make the first move when it came to introductions and all that jazz, I'm too awkward. I like to mind my own business most of the time, as I SHOULD, but I was put into a group chat for Animals fans.
The little times I get to talk, it feels like it's me against the world, man. I shared a video to lighten up the mood since they were getting angry about Yoko Ono. They legit told me to shut up and stay on topic and ONLY share things related to The Animals.
I was frustrated, but I just kept my mouth shut since it was more harm than good. And, well, you know, I wanted to go off, but I had to be the better person.
They have the AUDACITY to call me something other than my name and shoot me down for something small. And they put a laughing emoji when I was a bit upset, my gosh. 🤦🏻♀️
I was also called a fake fan, but whatever. 🤷🏻♀️
You best believe I was mad, but I didn't say a thing back. I know they're very aware that I'm ignoring them, but it's what's best. Plus, I'm petty, so I'm gonna be that way. 😊
