Andi almost ripped Bam’s shirt off as she jumped up taking her fighting stance

“You’re messing with the wrong bitch!” She screamed out searching the room for the impending danger.

“Alright that’s it!” Bam yelled standing up stomping over to the DVD player “no more movie!”

“Good, cause now I really have to pee” Andi said bending over with her hands on her legs trying to relax.

“Sorry ladies” Matt laughed helping Jessica up “I was holding that one in for like half of the movie.”

Gabe stood helping Lulu up. He tried to stifle his laughter but couldn’t help it as he replayed the scene in his mind.

“Dang Lulu I thought you were going to jump right through the wall” he teased.

“Haha very funny” she said. “ Where is a flashlight so we can go to the bathroom?”

Gabe handed one to her and as the three girls stepped outside they were taken aback by just how dark it had gotten outside.

“They’ll never survive out here.” Bam groaned.

“Well, the movie is sorta creepy I guess.  They don’t seem to be afraid of the woods otherwise…” Gabe protested, not wanting to think of the last month as a wasted endeavor.

“Well…maybe we should test them.” As he was saying it, Matts eyes shone with laughter.  His brothers exchanged glances.

“What do you mean?” Gabe finally asked.

“Nothing dangerous.” Bam threw in.

“Alright, so we…” Matt spoke in a hushed tone, in case the girls got back before he finished.

The women made their way to the outhouse, Lulu being the guinea pig to go first.   “Not so bad…” she mumbled to Andi, who still made Jess go.  “But I don’t have to!” She groaned.

“Too bad, You’re up.” Andi jabbed a finger at the out house.

Jess sighed and examined it.   “Ugh, smells…”

“Just go.” Lulu snipped.

She didn’t want to be outside.

Jessica forced herself, walking out and motioning to Andi.   “You’re turn, scaredy cat.”

“You screamed louder than me, JESSIE.”

Andi stomped to the outhouse.

Every rustle of leaves or crackling of a twig made Lulu jump.   She usually enjoyed those sounds, but after that movie…

“Jess?” She whispered.

“Hm?” Jess was looking jumpy herself, hopping from foot to foot.

“Do you… See something gleaming?”  Lulu pointed at the woods.

“Oh my shit!” Jessica hissed, her eyes training on the glint.

“You two better be fucking kidding!” Andi yowled, trying to finish her business.

Crackle.   Rustle.  Crack!

There stood a lanky man, his face covered with a leather sack, mud over his neck and shoulders, holding an axe.  The girls shrieked as he slapped the flat in his palm, taking a step closer.

Andi barrelled out in time to hear from the opposite side, a chainsaw starting.

“THIS ISN’T FUNNY!” Andi screamed, trying to seem threatening, but she knew her voice…she knew it was shaky and full of fear. She gripped Lulu’s arm so tightly that her nails were about the break through the skin.
