Cameron's POV

'That will be two pound fifty please sir?' The woman said behind the counter of McDonalds. I was hungry so I bought myself a sausage and egg mcmuffin and a drink. I handed her he money and smiled politely. It was different to hear the English accent rather than an American one. I walked out of the shop and went to grab my phone from inside my pocket but it wasn't there, I must have left it in the flat. Nash was probably getting worried about me as well. I walked back towards our flat. A group of men were stood on the corner by the bus stop, unfortunately I had no way of getting past them. I was going to have to walk. As I approached them, the taller of the men walked towards me.

'Do you have a light mate?' He asked, his accent was very intimidating.

'Umm, no, sorry.'

The man then laughed and looked at the guys behind him. 'Looks like we've got ourselves an American twat over here.' All the guys laughed. I carried on walking but the man grabbed my arm. 'Where do you think you're going?' He asked, his accent and himself were really starting to scare me. I took the moment to take in as much of the man as I could. He had tattoos all up his arms and his head was shaved, his biceps were bulging and he had a spiderweb tattooed below his eye.

'I just wanted to get back to my apartment, my partner is waiting for me.'

'Ooh partner ey? Bet she thinks she's lucky, living with a twat like you.' I shook my arm out of this mans grasp and jogged down the road. As I ran I heard footsteps coming after me so I ran as fast as I could back to the block of flats. I quickly typed in our flat number, I had left my keys inside as well. I hoped Nash would answer the door quickly and allow me to come up.

'Hello?' Nash's voice called down the system.

'Nash open up quickly.' The door buzzed open just as I saw the men come round the corner. They sprinted the last little distance so I quickly got inside and shut my eyes, hoping the door had shut them out in time. I opened my eyes and saw all of the men lined up against the window banging against it. I back away slowly and got into the elevator. When I got to mine and Nash's floor I had calmed myself down a little bit, I was able to breathe properly. I knocked on our apartments door and Nash opened it.

'Where the fuck have you been?' He asked

'I went to McDonalds and nearly got killed on my way back.'

'What do you mean you nearly got killed?'

'This gang of men decided to latch onto me. They've chased me all the way to here. They're downstairs outside the lobby. It was so scary Nash.'

'Youd have got shot at home.'

'Nash, this is my new home. And I want it to be yours too.'

'Well if people are chasing you round the street I don't really want to be here to be honest with you Cameron.'

'Im sure it's not always like this Nash, anyway, like you said, if we were in America then we would have been shot and we would probably be dead. At least over here they might stab me or something,'

'Youd rather be stabbed?'

'Yeah.'

'Youre so strange. Anyway, what did you buy in McDonalds?'

'Sausage and egg mcmuffin. Really had a craving for one.'

'Fair enough, I don't blame you, but I'm vegetarian remember so sausage isn't for me anymore.'

'Oh, sorry. Don't get all animal rights on me, this pig, is going to taste very nice. Now what are we doing today babe?' I asked, walking thought to the living room.
