I heard a crack sound as I twisted to strike a kick at this guy's wrist, and the knife he was clutching fell to the floor. My right foot directly hit the shoulders of the guy on his back with so much force that it caused him to kneel on the ground.

He tried to punch me, but before he could deliver his punch, I dove to my right and forcefully drilled my fist into his right eye, and then he screamed in pain. Focusing my eyes at him and his gang, I smirked at him, and that seems to fuel his anger more.

I could feel and see the stares that they were giving me. Some were disgusted, amused, playful, angry, and fearful. I didn't even glance at them and continued walking away from the parking lot. It was Eden; she sent me the photo of the bastard who messed with my car.

"Viktor Babkin, 20 years of age. Studying at the university, taking up business management. Member of the Bratva Family, a small group that the Russian Mafia supports."

Viktor Babkin. Oh, I know him, but he doesn't know me.

I was currently sitting under a tree here in the back part of the parking lot, still trying to calm myself from what happened earlier. I closed my eyes, blocking everything away from me while tapping my fingers with the music's beat. Looking down, it was the same kitten that I saw last week. I smiled before stroking the kitten's ears and closing my eyes again.

"I'm Alliyah Romonov, Austin's fiancée. It was so nice to meet you."

It popped out of nowhere in my head. Fiancée? Tss.

I snorted in an unladylike way. The nerve of that girl to call me a bitch. She was nothing but a spoiled brat, and that Riccardi—I hate him. Mayroon na pala siyang fiancé tapos lakas ng naman loob niyang sabihin that I'll be his. In his dreams. Bakit ba ako naapektuhan ng ganito?

The music suddenly stopped. I opened my eyes and tried to open it again, but I failed; the battery died.

Voices, laughter, and greetings echoed around me.

"Guess who's here?"

It was the bastard himself. He was currently leaning into a black sports car.

"Viktor Babkin." I blurted his name in a mocking voice.

He smirked at me, and I sweetly smiled at him. I stood up from where I was sitting and dusted off the dirt on my jeans. Looking at them, nasa kinse katao sila ngayon na magkakasama.
