Why do people say they're shipping someone? I know what shipping means but why do you call it shipping? I'm pretty sure the ship isn't going across the country or world so why is it called shipping? And this is just my experience but most of my ships aren't canon or they never end up together so when the person I ship gets with another I just stop watching the show or anime and cry.
