Jakes Pov
Here goes nothing

E: Jake are you good?

J: yah I was just wondering if you wanted to like be my-

M: Sunny threw up we have to go.

Goddamit Sunny why did you have to eat so much cotton candy.

*back at Erikas*

Erikas Pov
As soon as we got into the house everyone get a notification on their phones. What I see made me tear up.

Gossip girl: Erika Costell most popular girl in school a lier?!

Gossip girl: Erika Costell was spotted with Jake Paul the best gamer in America...they were talking about how she beat his competitor in fortnite. Erika Costell lied to us, she is actually just a nerd...

I felt tears falling one by one. I ran upstairs.

J: Erika wait!

Jake's Pov
Erika ran upstairs crying I followed her to her gaming room to see her balling her eyes out.

J: Erika?

I went and hugged her while she dug her head into my chest crying hard.

E: you were right Jake, they are all gonna make fun of me at school.

I kissed her forehead and pulled her closer.

J: maybe you should lay down for awhile?

We walked to Erikas room and she put on a big sweatshirt with no pants. I was leaving once she laid down until she stopped me.

E: Jake

J: yeah

E: will you stay with me? please.

J: yeah

I got into the bed with her and she laid her head on my chest and still cried.

After about 10 minutes she stopped crying and we just sat there in silence.

E: Jake you are my bestfriend

J: you're mine to Rik

Erikas Pov
I looked up at Jake who was looking at the ceiling just staring. I straddled him and kissed him. He kissed back for a split second.

E: what's wrong

J: your just sad right now Erika maybe you should get some rest. I'll tell one of the girls to come up here so you don't get the urge to kiss me again.

E: oh okay

Jake got up and left then Mackenzie and Sunny came in.

S: why did Jake leave

M: yeah

E: I kissed him and he kissed back, but he said that I only kissed him because I was sad.

S: awwww

M: he's a really good guy Erika just give him time.

E: can I tell you guys something

M: always

E: I really really like him...

S: we knew it

M: it was very noticeable

E: ugh

D: Erika your friends have to go you have school and we have to eat dinner.

E: I already ate dinner so I'm just going to go sleep.

D: alright goodnight Riky

(Btw the girls had already left)

I walk into school looking for Jake and Chanthony while everyone in the halls just point and whisper.

J: hey Rik how are you doing

E: I could be better

I went up to Jake and put my head into his chest while he wrapped his arms around me. I hear him tell Chanthony and Munny to give us some time alone so we could talk.

J: Rik I promise its going to get better. A good friend once told me screw all of them they can go fuck themselves.

E: *laughs*

J: I could listen to it all day

E: what?

J: uh nothing lets go to class...

*in class*

Today in class we had some of the older students come in and tell us about their senior year experience so far. When they all came in Logan was one of them. When he saw me he smirked, I knew that he was about to embarrass me.

Alex: hi I'm Alex, my senior year experience so far is actually amazing. Mainly what I like to do is look back on what my life was like 4 years ago vs what it is now. I honestly recommend the same for you so you can see how much you've changed.

(Blah blah blah skip to Logans turn)

L: hi my name is Logan, my senior year experience so far has been quite interesting. My brother Jake Paul is part of the interesting things. He is actually the top gamer in America. See I want to do this the right way because I want him to have a fulfilling life. But before we get into that...

Here it comes, the humility

L: speaking of gamers, the 2nd best gamer in America is the one and only Erika Costell. The most popular girl in school, the type of girl you would think just shops all day right? Oh no no no. Her and my brother game together, I was told by an anonymous source that they were caught kissing on the Ferris wheel yesterday at the fair. Us Ohio high have ourselves a new couple the gaming geeks.

The whole class started laughing and I wanted to do something about it. But I didn't, I couldn't, then Jake got up and got in his brothers face.

Jake's Pov
I didn't know Logan could be that much of a douche. I got up and got in his face

J: what the hell is wrong with you

L: what I'm just showing how bad and sad her life really is.

J: you want me to tell the class a couple of bad things about you.

L: don't you dare

J: watch me

I turned to the class and...

J: Logan Paul the biggest douche of them all. He literally is the devil, he thinks being a gamer is bad. I'll show you bad.

J: last year I had a huge crush on this girl. And I made the mistake of telling Logan here. He ended up dating the girl I had a crush on... And since he thought it was so bad for me to kiss someone then I don't think he'll mind that I tell you. Once I caught him and his friend Evan kissing. (I love Logan no hate)

Class: *gasps*

I sit down knowing I won while Logan just stood there embarrassed.

E: *whispering* thank you

J: *whispering* no one messes with us...
