Chapter 32

Jake's Pov
I wake up to the smell of Erikas food right next to me and the clanking of her spoons and forks against the plates and bowls.

J: good morning love

E: good morning Jakey. Logan Made everyone breakfast.

I looked to my side and saw that there was food for me in my bedside table.

J: it's Saturday though, Logan only comes on weekdays.

E: well he slept over.

J: oh

E: eat your food you're looking like you've been losing weight.

After about 15 minutes me and Erika finished our food but she fell back asleep. So I took out trays downstairs and talked to the squad plus Logan for awhile.

L: he's awake

Everyone started clapping and I just flipped them off and sat down next to Logan.

J: where's Denis and Linda

S: they went to work

J: oh

A: so Jake how's it been being whipped.

J: I'm not whipped I'm taking care of my girlfriend who is pregnant.

E: Jake

I turn around to see Erika on the stairs with blood on her hands. I ran over to her.

J: what the hell happened

E: I'm scared Jakey

Erika looked me straight in my eyes and started balling her eyes out.

J: did this come from down there

Erika couldn't talk all she could do was knod her head yes.

J: oh shit. Anthony start the car and call Denis. Sunny get in the car and Mack try to keep her calm. Logan help me get Erika to the van.

(They have a car like the team 10 bus)

Me and Logan get Erika into the car and all she could do is cry then Sunny started crying and shaking. I was freaking out I didn't know what to do.

J: shit shit shit I don't know the song. Kenzie do you know the song?

M: I do but it doesn't work when I do it.

J: Sunny you have to calm down okay, this isn't good for you or Erika, just take deep breaths.

Surprisingly that worked but Erika was still crying gripping on to my shirt.

We arrived at the hospital and me and Logan picked up Erika and sped walked to the doors.

J: help my girlfriend is pregnant and she's bleeding.

Doc: okay sir you need to calm down

J: calm down you want me to calm down.

L: Jake

I was about to blow up and Logan knew it

J: YOU WANT ME TO F*CKING CALM DOWN AND MY PREGNANT GIRLFRIEND IS BLEEDING!!!

Doc: sir we have it all under control she will be fine

J: if she isn't fine I'm beating your a** and that's a promise.

I sat down and the doctor left. I put my head down and ran my fingers through my hair and let them land on the back of my neck. I started crying, I wish I knew what this meant so I know for sure what's happening but I don't which makes it worse and I couldn't contain myself. After a few minutes I feel someone put their arm on me and started rubbing my back and I honestly don't care who it is I just want my girlfriend to be okay along with my babies.

Doc: Erika Costell

We all stood up and looked at the doctor but I also looked at Denis who was rubbing my back.

Doc: everything is fine this is a natural thing that happens with at least 20% of pregnant women. But you did the right thing bringing her in because there could have been something wrong with the babies but luckily there wasn't.

D: okay but where is my daughter.

Doc: one of our nurses had to ask her a couple of questions of how she's been feeling lately, it's just a regular thing we do. But she will be out shortly.

About 10 minutes later Erika walks out. I run to her and we hug.

J: oh my god I thought something was wrong.

E: these doctors really don't know how to sugar coat things here

J: what do you mean

E: one of them told me. "Your boyfriend did the right thing bringing you here because you're so small I wouldn't be surprised if the baby or babies died."

J: dang that was a bit rude.

E: yah think

J: let's just go home

Me and Erika grabbed hands and go outside to the doors to see the vs waiting for us. We hopped in all the way to the back.

*que whispering voices*

J: I'm not gonna lie I thought someone was gonna die today

E: I know

J: I got Sunny to calm down earlier.

E: that takes talent *giggles*

J: those 2 hours I had to wait for you felt like 2 days.

E: I was scared without you there.

I leaned in and kissed Erika only for probably 10 seconds

E: that's new

J: what?

E: we didn't sit and make out this time. *laughs*

J: I love you Riky

E: I love you too Jakey
