My Neighbor Reader x Peter Parker

Chapter 2

I climbed into my Uber and was at the party relatively quickly being a Friday night in New York.

Xavier's house was gigantic and beautiful. I could already hear the bass booming from the inside. I walked up to the door and could not find myself to open it.

"Y/N!" Ned and Peter said from behind. "Oh my gosh I'm so glad you guys are here I couldn't get myself to go in" I said quietly. "Then we will do it together!" Ned shouted heroically earning strange looks from Peter and I.

The music was ten times louder from the inside. I gave Peter a reassuring look and we walked in. "Hey, look who made it!" Xavier said slurring his words. We all awkwardly smiled and looked for the kitchen

"Drinks are over there." He pointed spilling some of his drink on the ground. "Oops" "Thanks." I said parting his shoulder. Xavier then stumbled away. What a great hosts

"Lets party." I said grabbing Ned and Peter's hands dragging them to the kitchen.

"Drinks?" I offered Peter and Ned. "I-i-um not old enough." Ned blurted.

"So? None of us are c'mon!" I laughed handing Peter and Ned a red solo cup full of my drink of choice.

Peter POV

I have been staring at my cup for atleast and hour. I was not sure if I should be drinking. I am underaged....could lose the Stark internship...May told me not to-

"Hey Peter come dance with me!" Y/N called. I pointed to myself. "Me?" "No Spiderman doofus!" She said sarcastically. I froze at Spider-Man. This girl can really get to me I thought smiling.

She grabbed my hand dragging me to the dance floor. I attempted to hide my blush. I am 100% sure she was a little drunk....maybe a lot. You could tell by her crazy dancing. At one point she attempted to grind on Ned in which I immediately intervened.

"Hey Y/N, I've think you have had a little to drink?" I said. "Noooooo...shhhhhh" She said putting her finger to my mouth. She let it linger for a moment stepping closer to me as I held my breathe trying not to blush. Our faces inches away from each other....

Y/N POV

"Get me a waterrrr" I said in his ear. He looked at me face red and ran to the coolers.

Godddd I have to pee so badly. I stumbled across the mansion for what I thought was 10 minutes before finding a bathroom.

Peter POV

Iv'e been searching for Y/N for 30 minutes and I'm starting to get worried. I have been downstairs checking every room, making sure her water was still with me. Ned joined in on the search

I eventually found her huddled down next to the toilet. Obviously sick. This girl cannot hold her liquor to well.

Y/N POV

"I-I can't go home like this, I'll be dead!" I said hanging my head into the toilet.

"My parents are out of town both of you can crash at my house tonight!" Ned said bouncing like a kid who had just won candy.

"Here Peter grab my phone" I said motioning to my back pocket. He slowly grabbed it making sure he tried not to touch me. "Any day now Parker."

"Text my mom and tell her I am staying at a friends house"

"Uhmm okay."
"Hey Mom, party was..."Dope!" Ned interrupted. "Dope...worried about my friend..."

"PATRICIA!" Ned shouted. "She's not 98 Ned." "Kendra" Peter added. "Going to stay with her tonight." "There" Peter said.

"She responded!" Ned said. "That's my girl, be back soon tomorrow, I love you pumpkin." Peter read. "I love you Pumpkin" Peter mocked. "Oh shut up" I laughed as Ned helped me up.
