"Okay I'm changed" I said opening the bathroom door. Tony patted the bed signaling me to sit next to him.

"Look Y/N, I'm sorry for today. I promise you I did not mean any of that. It's just... I care about you a lot Y/N. Any risk of you dying makes me worried. If anything like that happens to you, I don't know what I would do." Tony said.

Tears weld up in my eyes. I didn't see Tony. I saw someone who cared for me as if I was their own.

I silently sobbed into Tony's shirt.

"I just want this to be over with" I cried.

"Shhh, it's okay" Tony cooed rubbing my back.
"I promise you it will be all over soon".....

"Dr Stephen Strange" Stephen said introducing himself to Bucky and I.

Bucky had came in the previous day. I was so relieved to see him and gave him the biggest bear hug.

"Although this procedure is risky you should have full trust in me that you will come out fine." Stephen said with a smile and a thumbs up.

Bucky gave me a reassuring look saying "Alright Doc, whatever you say"

"I'll go ahead and take Bucky in first" Bucky waved at all of us before leaving out the door.

"You nervous kid?" Tony said nudging me.

"Hey don't call me kid that's a you and Pete thing. Speaking of Pete, has anyone seen him today. He said he would be down here." I said looking around.

Everyone shook their heads and gave little no's.

"I'm going to check his room I'll be back" I said to Tony.

"Hey! No funny business over there you got it?!" Tony yelled after me. I waved him off and headed to Peter's room.

"Pe-

His door flung open. He looked heavily sleep deprived.

"Woa-

"So you're sneaking out of your room and night now?" He said seriously.

I was token aback at his anger.

"I-

"No I don't need to hear excuses. I saw you Y/N. You and Loki last night" Peter said looking down at the ground.

"Pete it's not what you think-

"It's exactly what I think. I know we haven't made anything official but I can see it's not going to work out" He said looking into my eyes.

I began to get frustrated.

"First of all why the fuck were you following me and second of all what goes on between me and Loki is not any of your fucking business. Loki is the only one who understands me around here and frankly right now I trust him more than y-

"BECAUSE I LOVE YOU Y\N!" Peter shouted.

"Can't you see? I have been in love with you the first day I met you in the office. I have been in love with you ever since I found out we were neighbors. I have been in love with you when we took the walk around the park with the sandwiches I bought especially for you. I have been in love with you when we went to the masquerade disguised. I am in love with you Y/N Y/LN." I stood there in speechless.

"The minute I see you with Loki I am worried. You have no idea what he is capable of Y/N. You're so fucking blind to what's going on around you! Loki has killed so many innocent lives in New York. He is pure evil and you know it. He's using you and manipulating you for his own benefit! That is the only reason why he's not locked down there with all the others" Peter said grabbing my shoulders.

"If Loki would, he would kill you in an instant to get to the top. And there's no way I'm going to let him do that to you. Please do me a favor and stay away from him. I can't bear to loose you like that" Peter said.

"I-

"Y/N, Bucky is done. You're next." Tony said yelling from the end of the hall.

"I-I'll be right there" I said.

I turned to Peter embracing him in a tight hug.

"I'm sorry. You're right. I promise you I'll be careful" I whispered.

I gave him a kiss and looked into his eyes smiling. He looked relieved.

"I love you" I said. Pete smiled and kissed me again.

"Hey! I said no funny business!" Tony yelled.

"Ready?" Pete said offering his hand.

"Ready" I said grabbing it.
