We reach the spring and I hear Kai talking about a place called England and how she just loves the place. She mentions a boyfriend she recently just broke up and that she is now open to anyone. Sam squeaks in horror and I giggle again.
"You see Sam I'm not really supposed to be here. I just got lost here in Canada. Me and my parents visited Quebec because my dearest Uncle Drew is sick and mum says our appearance will just cheer him up. About a week ago, I went into this forest and must have taken a wrong turn because I couldn't find my way back. Good thing I know what berries to eat because I would-"
"Hey look we're here," says Sam desperately. Well now Sam knows how I feel when he goes off on one of his speeches.
"Oh great. Hey I'll wash your back Sam if you wash mine!" Yells Kai running toward the water. She pulls off her dress exposing her undergarments. At least she's not naked.
Sam's face turns a bright red and I push him toward the water.
"Get scrubbing Sam," I say laughing my head off.
"Just kill me," mumbles Sam. "Please."
"Maybe later. But you have a princess to scrub," I say.
"Sam! Come on. We don't have all day! You can scrub me with your shirt by the way," Kai yells splashing into the water.
Ten minutes later I'm sitting on a rock watching Sam scrubbing Kai's back with his eyes close mumbling something. I laugh quiet enough so that Sam can't hear me. After about three minutes of Sam's torture Kai suddenly jumps out of the water exposing her bright pink undergarments. Sam peaks and gags, quickly closing his eyes.
"Okay now I get to scrub you!" she shrills in excitement.
"No. Please. Have mercy on me," he mumbles while Kai pushes him under water and when he surfaces, she starts scrubbing him.
"How am I supposed to clean you with your pants on? Here let me get them off for you . . .," she says reaching for his pants.
Sam jumps up and screams.
"No! I mean, I can just leave them on. You don't really have to take them off. Please," he whimpers.
"Sam!" She pouts. "You're covered because you have boxers on! Right?"
She reaches for his pants again and he jumps away and yells in fear.
"Wait! Kai really? Don't you think this is a bit . . . Extreme?" he asks while she chases him in circles like she did the Nome.
I laugh my head off and someone sits beside me. I look to see Winter Blade with six squirrels in his hands. Three in each. He lays them down on the tree stump next to him.
"Wow," is all I can say.
"So I see Samantha is having fun," is his reply.
I look to see Kai pulling Sam's pants off and Sam is clinging on to a tree root. We both burst out laughing and Sam gives us a dirty look. After she cleans him, she comes up to us.
"Hey now it's you two's turn," she says excited.
"Uh, no thank you," says Winter putting his hands up in disapproval.
"Yah, I'm fine," I say after him.
"No! If I have to get tortured so do ya'll," says Sam walking up to us in his boxers.
The only thing that's surprises me is that Sam has abs, but I quickly look away as Sam makes eye contact with me.
"You two have to suffer. Anyways when's the last time you took a bath Blade?" asks Sam.
