"Park number four." Kathryn groaned as she parked the car. "Everyone out."
"What if he's not here either?" Ed Edgar muttered.
Google Red shrugged. "Statistically he is not."
"Statistically where is he then?" Mark grunted.
"Any number of places. They all have very low chances of containing him." Google Green explained.
"That's really fucking unhelpful." Mark groaned. "Now everyone shut up, we're checking the park. We need to find him."
"Uh, what if he was at one of the parks we already checked, and we just missed him?" The Silver Shepherd questioned.
"What part of shut up, didn't you understand?" Mark growled.
Amy gently tapped a finger tip against his back. "Easy Mark. You need to calm down."
As she got out of the car, Mark stood up in her hand and glanced out, over the park. "He's out there somewhere... alone. I'll calm down when we find him." Nodding, Tyler got out of the car and set the box on the roof, stretching before he grabbed it again. "Be careful with them, would you? That's not a tray of drinks."
Tyler bit his lip, turning to face him. "I have it." He looked down into the box, glancing over each of the egos to make sure they were all intact. Mark sighed, looking up to find Amy with a risen eyebrow, shaking her head slightly. Groaning, he sat down, trying to calm himself.
Amy, Tyler and Kathryn spread out a bit, keeping their eyes focused on the grass and checking the trees as they passed.
Kathryn stopped dead in her tracks, certain she had seen a flicker of red light in the grass. Then she caught a glimmer of blue and gasped softly. "Guys!" She called, watching as grass blades bent easily on a path in her direction. Tyler and Amy carefully made their way to Kathryn's side, watching the ground as they walked. Mark took a deep breath as he watched the approaching trail through the grass.
Suddenly the movement stopped and a small circle of grass laid down flat, revealing the small grey man with the flickering red and blue aura surrounding him. A black handkerchief was tied around him, looping over one shoulder like a toga. "Mark... you proved rather difficult to track down." He cracked his neck, looking from Amy to Kathryn and Tyler. "You kept moving."
"Darkiplier." Mark uttered. "You've been following us?"
"Yes. This mess, like most messes, is your fault. I could guess we needed you to fix it." Dark growled, an echo ringing in his voice. The pitch remained oddly low, considering the raise in most of the other egos voices.
Google Green and Yellow walked to a side of the box, kneeling down and held their hands out so Google Blue could climb up and look over the edge of the box. "Darkiplier, we have gathered much intel."
"Intel?" Mark grunted. "Hey, we're all in this together, okay?"
"The robots are sayin' Mark tried to get rid of us!" Ed Edgar shouted. "That's what caused this whole mess!"
Dark stared up at Mark, placing his hands behind his back. "I am not at all surprised."
Mark leaned over Amy's hand, pointing down at him. "It's your fault! I could handle the others if you weren't always lurking in the damn shadows! Trying to destroy me, and like steal my life."
"I do not want your sad, pathetic life." Dark promised.
"Guys... this isn't the time." Amy sighed. "We found Dark, that's a good thing, right?"
"Is it though?" Mark muttered.
Tyler knelt down, watching him carefully. "Should I... should I put him in the box?" He asked, grabbing Dark.
