Chapter 12: Company

~Venus~

I wake up and as I stood up and Charlotte left the room. I put my hair up in a pony tail.

Charlotte seemed very lost for some reason. What is up?

I saw a movement just then as I watched a figure run past down below outside my yard.
I then looked more into it, and saw a woman. She was tall, thin.

She had black hair and her eyes glowed golden with amber highlights. Like Seth's did.

Except he had one red eye.

She looked around as she wiped the side of her mouth. It was all messy with blood...

"Oh my gosh." I then called for Charlotte and she came slowly avoiding my direction.

''Someone's out there. Looks like a werewolf."
I said, "Call Seth."

Charlotte looked at me weird. "Why not you call Seth? After all you guys and your flirting is so obvious."

"Charlotte whatever. I will be back, maybe they have a lead on Terra."
She looked out the window and smiled.

"Why are you smiling?"

"She came!" She then ran out the door and down the porch all the way to the girl. Hugging her.

"Well ok then." I said as I walked to go to call Seth.

I picked my phone up ane dialed his number in. It rang more than once and he answered.

"Hello Seth, um what's going on?"

"Look Venus-."

"I found a newcomer to your pack. She knows Charlotte which seems weird."

"Venus."
He said cutting in.

"Yeah?"

He sighed and sounded unhappy. He sounded like he was crying.

"She's gone."

"Gone as in she is abducted and you can't find her right? Well find her."
He stayed silent for a moment and sighed again.

"No Venus, as in she...she is dead."
I then felt like that those words didn't even come out of his mouth. That this was all fake.

This wasn't real and I was not wanting to face reality. That my daughter is dead...

"Venus you still there? You ok?"

"Yeah I'm fine." I said it in a normal voice.

"OK. Where heading back."
I nodded and then hung up.

I then walked down and wanted to forget that call. I won't admit she is dead until I see she is.

"Hey Venus, this is my friend Riley."
I saw the same girl that was in the yard.

But her eyes now a blue.

"Nice to meet you." She holds her hand out to me and I take it.

"You too."
Charlotte then smiled.

"This is my sister."
She nodded and let go of my hand.

"So your a witch too?"

I nodded and then gestured her to walk in the house. "Please, come in."

So they followed behind as I wondered. How do they know each other?

"So how did you two meet?"

''Believe it or not sis I went to college. I was becoming a nurse."
I was surprised.

"Really?"
