As usual avni and riya were returning back from their college, riya could sense that avni is definitely in some stress.
Riya:what happened avni? Y r u so tensed?
Avni:riya next week roka hai aur usi din hi placement cell aaa raha hai college mein. What will i do now. Its my dream to get campus placement...
Riya:ooh fish.!!!tum ne ghar me bataya nahi??
Avni:no yaar... Himmat hi nahi huyi.. Sab log bahut happy the. Isliye nahi bata paaya...
Riya:arey yaar avni tum hamesha aise hi karti ho. Apne parivaar ke khushi ke aage tumhe aur kuch nahi dikhta hai na??
Avni:.......par ab mein kya karungi?
Riya:i have got an idea. Tum neil se kyu nahi baat karte? May be he can help u
Avni:par mein unse baat kaise karungi??
Riya:baat kaise karungi matlab??? No no no... Don't tell me ki tumhare paas uska number nahi hai!!!!
Avni:................
Riya:tum bhi na avni yeh kis zamaane me jee rahi ho, na koi fb ya insta account, sirf ek wtsp hai voh bhi teek se use nahi karti... Agar us mein tum se baat karni hai toh bhi missed call dena padti hai.... Matlab kamaal hai...
avni:riya......
Riya:ok ok aage se nahi bolungi.....
Avni:par mein unse baat kaise karungi??
Riya:woh acp haina? Number mil jaayegi.. Wait a minute..

Riya called someone and after some time she got the number.

Riya:yeh lo number aur ab phone nikaalo aur baat karo..
Avni:riya i don't think its a good idea. Voh kya sochenge mere baare mein..
Riya:kya sochenge matlab??
Avni:yahi ki mein kitni despo hoon..
Riya:ooh meri maa baat karle uss se varna teri dream ek dream hi reh jaayegi..
Avni:no no no i will talk..

Avni called neil. The ring can be heared but no one is picking up the phone.with each passing second avni get more and more afraid. She was about to hung the phone up suddenly some one picked the call.and it was neil

Neil:hello acp neil khanna hear..
Avni:...........
Neil:hello who is this???
Avni:hello...
Neil:hello
Avni:mein avni bol rahi hoon.. Avni mehta...
Neil:oh...haa....avni... Bolo...
Avni:kya hum mil sakte hai aaj?? Mujhe aapse kuch important baat karni hai. Only if u r free...
Neil:ok..abhi toh mein busy hoon lekin 4 pm tak free ho jaaunga. Toh 4:30 ko mile at green walk way?? Avni:ok..thank u very much...and sorry for disturbing u... Bye
Neil:its ok...bye

They both hung up the phone. Neil went back to his files and avni and riya went to their homes. By 4pm avni got ready. She was wearing a simple leggings and top,no make up just a bindhi on her forehead and a smile on her face. She went to neela and told

Avni:maa mein bahar jaa rahi hoon.1hr mein vapas aa jaaungi. Papa aur dadi ko bata dena.
Neela:par jaa kahaam rahi hai?
Avni:wapas aake bataungi.abhi mujhe late ho rahi hai. Mein apni 2 wheeler leke jaa rahi hoon.
Neela:teek hai dhyaan se jaake aana..

With that avni left from there.she reached there by 4:20 and was sitting on a bench which was facing the little man made forest.the place was breathe takingly beautiful. No unwanted sounds, no busy people.every one goes there to spend some me and us time away from stress and tensions. Light breeze was blowing continuosly from somewhere and is playing with her long black hair. She was looking extremely calm from inside but a lot of thoughts were spinning inside her. After 5 or some minutes some body tapped her shoulder. He stood up immediately and turned around to see neil standing in front of her with a charming smile on his face..

Neil:hii avni.. (extending his hands for a shake)
Avni:hii..(politely taking his hands for a shake)
No electric spark produced here. There is more time for that.... 😉😉
Neil:waited for long??
Avni:no i just came...
Neil:tum kuch baat karna chahti thi right??
Avni:jee... mein... voh...
Neil:its ok avni u don't have to fear. Say openly what u want to say... Ok??
Avni:actually mujhe ek request karni thi aapse.
Neik:toh bolo..
Avni:Kya hum apna roka shaam ko kar sakte hai kyunki usi din mere college mein campus placement cell aa rahe hai. And i really dont want to miss that opportunity (avni closed her eyes and let it out)
Neil:avni open ur eyes. U dont haveto fear me...
Avni:kya aap humare parents se baat karenge iss baare mein??agar aap na bolo toh bhi mein samajh lungi..
Neil:avni...avni... Relax... Mein baat karungi...
Avni:thank u...
Neil:aur kuch kehna hai tumhe??
Avni:haan voh sangeet aur shaadi ke din mere final year exam hai.. Mujhe nahi pata mein kya karungi...
Neil:shaadi postpone kare??
Avni:nahi nahi sab log kitne happy hai shaadi ke liye.. Mein unki khushi nahi cheen sakti..
Neil:avni relax vaise bhi sangeet aur shaadi shaam ko hai toh tum exam dene jaa sakte ho.
Avni:par dadi nahi manenge. Unhone kaha ki shaadj ke din baahar jaana apshagun hota hai..
Neil:avni..jab dadi ko pata chalenge tab na.. Hum koi rasta nikaal lenge.
Avni:sach mein?? Aap meri help karegi???
Neil:ji zaroor karenge. Aur kuch kehna hai??
Avni:nahi.thank u so much abhi mein chalti hoon.
Neil:avni wait... Can i have ur number?? If u r comfortable to give only then..
Avni:ok....
Neil:avni tum kaise jaaungi?? Mein chod doon??
Avni:meri paas ghaadi hai...bye then
Neil:bye avni..

Both left to their houses. Avni was relieved very much. Neil went to his house and told them to change roka the time to evening.they didnt asked for the reason. Prakash discusssed with ashish and then changed the time.. Ashish told the family about it and they too agreed.avnis mind os finally at peace. She mentally unknowingly thanked neil for solving her problem.she went to her room and started preparing for her placement....

At the same time neil was busy with his files and cases but unknowingly his mind drifted to avnis thought... He picked his phone and opened whtsp to see a new contact named avni and a pic of her in her college uniform.. He closed it and went to sleep.
