CHAPTER 27

Ok here is the update.please forgive Grammer and spelling mistakes.

It was the day of avneil sangeet and avni as usual was taking the burden of the whole earth on her shoulder. Why wont she feel like that the next day was supposed to be her next step towards her dream,her final exam but destiny played with here really bad this time because it is her day of marriage tomorrow. eventhough riya and neil ensured her that they will find some way or other she was really tensed. Avni was in her room pacing to and fro in her room with a text book in her hand. she only have very limited time to prepare for exam even though she herself isn’t sure about giving exam.but she wanted to trust neil and riya’s trust.

Time skip.

It was evening avni is getting ready for her sangeet which is going to held in her farm house and it is decided that the Khannas will reach there directly. All family members left to the venue and only dadi,neela ma,avni and riya left.

Dadi : neela…neelaa.. call avni down..its time for us to leave.ask her to be quick..its her sangeet.

Neela : yes ma..

Neela : avni..avni.. come downwards.its time to leave.riya you too come down.

Riya : coming chachi..

Dadi was about to say something suddenly the bell calling bell rang.she went to open the door and get surprised to see neil standing at the door.

Dadi : neil son..what are you doing here? you should be at the venue. we are about to leave.

Neil : Namaste dadi..sorry to come unannounced.but bebe told me to come with avni as we should be entering together.

Dadi:ok son..

Neil : dadi you all go with riya in her car.i will com with avni.

Dadi : (hesitatingly)) ok…neela …riyaa…come we should leave.

Neela : neil…when did you come?

Neil :  just now ma..actually bebe want me and avni to come together,so I came to pick her up.

Neela : its ok neil. you don’t have to explain anything.

Bye the time avni come down wih riya.both wre surprised to see neil there.neil winked seeing avni which didn’t go unnoticed by dadi who was visibly uncomfortable.neela and riya smiled seeing neil’s actions and avni’s reaction.

Neela : ok avni we are leaving.you come with neil.

Avni : ok ma.

With that three of them left from there leaving avneil alone.avni blushed seeing neil and neil was staring at avni as if she was something out of the world..

Avni: neil..lets leave..

Neil: wait a minute.

Avni: what happened neil?

Neil: go to your room and bring your book.

Avni: book?? but why?

Neil: avni..dont waste time.just go..

Avni with a confused face went to her room and came back with her book.neil smiled seeing book in avni’s hand.

Neil:come lets go now.

Avni : ( still with a confused face)okay..

With that both of them went outside locking the door.neil opened the car door for avni and helped to get her in with that heavy dress of hers.after that neil too got in and drove off from there. Inside the car avni was still confused with why neil asked to bring her the book.neil saw this and smiled at avni making her frown .

Neil: avni..open your text and study…why are you wasting time.we have got more than half an hour to reach there.you can utilize that time .

Avni’s eyes filled with tears of happiness.she was overwhelmed with neil’s this gesture. Neil saw avni’s tear filled eyes and go worried.

Neil : what happened avni?are you alright?

Avni : thank you soo much neil..

Neil : (with a smile) no need to thank me.just study .okay?

Avni: ok!!!

With that avni started studying and neil kept on driving.but both didn’t forget to steal glances at each other. Soon they reached farm house and everyone was waiting for them at the entrance.

Neil:keep the book inside the car itself avni.

Avni :ok They both get down after that and neil held avni’s hand in his.they went to their family with smiling faces.

(I am skipping sangeet function as I don’t know about the function)

After sangeet everyone was sitting in the lawn talking with each other.neil was busy staring avni and avni was busy hiding her blush.finally it was time to leave.upon bebe’s insist avneil went back in same car which give avni enough time to study.soon they reached Mehta mansion.

Avni: neil..

Neil :what happened avni?

Avni: neil why are you doing all this.you know it is impossible for me to give exam tomorrow ,but still you are trying..

Neil: just relax avni..i have something in my mind.just go and study and sleep.okay?

Avni nodded her head.

Neil: by the way when is your exam?

Avni: at 1:30 pm

Neil: ok then..don't forget what I said.go study and sleep.

Avni: good night neil..

Neil: good night..

With that neil left from there.avni went to her room,freshened up and studied for some more time.she went to sleep not knowing what is store for her tomorrow.
