~Tyshi's POV~
[1 week and 4 days later]
"Good morning," A voice errupted from the front door. It made me flinch, but then calmed myself again, realizing who's voice it is.
Back so soon?
"Good morning." I replied, removing my glasses and getting my book mark to slide it in my book.
Ah, Head Games, I'll continue reading you after this...
P.S. It's NOT Hunger Games. For your information, it IS a real book. Head Games by Eileen Dreyer. (If you're not a fan of mystery/thriller/bloody/psycho/what-the-hell-am-I-reading, DO NOT read it.)
"How long has it been?" The voice made its way to my side, talking about the red-haired princess on the bed.
Who was still sleeping 'til now.
Sliding the mark then putting my book, I looked at the direction of the voice.
My guess was right!
Smiling weakly, I replied. "Eleven days now. She missed her birthday."
With her ever-so-proper self, Tsubaki Nakatsukasa--the only person who can with-stand Black star's...erm...ego--bowed down the moment we made eye contact. And because of my...uh...state, I was only able to gave a nodd in return.
Tsubaki was wearing what she usually wore: A pale yellow vest-dress--with a star on the right...erm...chest part--(I have no idea how the hell people of the fashion world call it) that has a huge slit on the side and a silver belt, some furry gloves over a green and black one, a black mid-thigh sock (on her right leg only) some white boots...and finally, her signature black scarf.
"I see..." She replied.
Silence.
Urghhh...I hate silence.
The only thing that could be heard was the ticking of the clock. And the only thing that we were both doing, was staring at Yanade. Who's all 'Aurora' right now.
She was still sleeping on the same bed. With the same pose. And the same rythm. The only difference was that Nygus-san changed her outfit into a plain white dress.
More comfortable that way.
*ehem*
I sighed. The longer I looked at her, the more I wished I was more helpful.
Don't feel the moment, girl. There's only one 'Sleeping Beauty'. And she's supposed to be locked up in a fairy tale.
You, on the other hand, is gonna wake up. Not by a prince like in the stories. No, not like that.
You're gonna wake up when you're ready.
And when you will, we're gonna eat tons of mashed potatoes and no one can say sh*t about it.
Smiling, I imagined the day.
Yeah. We're gonna be family again.
"Oh! I almost forgot!" Tsubaki said, making me snap back to reality.
Uh-oh. Don't tell me that--
She suddenly turned to my direction "Happy Birthday!"
I blushed.
Itchii, that bastard. I told him not to spread it.
"Th-thank you."
I really have no idea how to deal with people's affection. Sorry.
