I laid on Dark's bed, staring up at the ceiling. The black, empty ceiling. I looked down, enjoying the comfort of the black duvet covering my body up to my waist, my black jeans undisturbed. I looked to my side, Dark's broad arm around my shoulder.

Looking to my other side, Dark was shirtless and sound asleep, his lips shut since he had no manner to breathe.

My gaze must've somehow awoken him, as he shuffled slightly and looked down at me.

"Morning, sleepy head," I uttered as only one ray of sunshine shone from the dark clouds outside.

Dark smiled at me, pressing himself up against me ever so slightly, beginning to cuddle.

I traced my finger around his potent abs as I continued to speak. "So, what're you planning on doing today?"

Dark shrugged, closing his eyes again. "I was planning on taking you out to the garden," he quietly mumbled.

I patted his face with the back of my hand gently to wake him. "There's a garden?" My voice quirked in shock.

"I mean," Dark began as she shifted to rest his head on his palm, his elbow resting against the bed, "Yeah. But it isn't exactly a pretty elegant one."

I sat up confused. "Huh?" Dark chortled, sitting up as well, reaching for his suit and tie on the floor. Which also made me blush.

Dark caught my flustered crimson red face, grinning as he put his first arm through the sleeve of the suit.

"Last night was amazing, don't you think?" He teased. His voice was soothing, which I caught on to. He usually did that to be his seductive kind of self.

     "I mean.. y-yeah," I replied. "It's just.. new."

Dark tilted his head as he stood, shifting his tie to make it comfortable on his chest. "How so?"

I cleared my throat, standing up and walking around the bed to him.

"I mean.." the thoughts of Mark and I being buds in the real world began to flood in. "Nevermind."

Dark stood quietly for a second before walking over to the door, waiting for me, his hand on the knob. "To the garden."

I nodded and followed him out, down the loft and to the stairs. My hand ran down the railing, eyeing the couches I sat on yesterday. The fireplace was now dark and empty.

Dark walked swiftly to the large front door that led outside. I trailed along behind him.

As I followed, the sounds of the castle echoed through out the corridors. Droplets of water falling from a sink in a hallway. Our feet hitting the floor. The dead leaves hitting against the glass outside.

Dark gently held the handle, throwing open the large wooden door. The wind first met our faces harshly, blowing wind at us and our hair. But it calmed down afterwards.

Dark didn't speak, but just continued to walk outside and down the massive stone steps.

The clouds above looked over us as they covered mountain peaks, the balcony to my room coming into view. We turned, a stone pillar now blocking my view. I sighed, until Dark quit walking and turned to me.

"Walà." He gestured to the garden behind him.

I gaped at the garden. It had white fences guarding it, it's height up to my waist. The flowers were both dead and alive. From the gate, the flowers were all black and crippled to the ground. It began to move down the line of the dead carcasses, transitioning into alive flowers, beautifully blooming.
