Honoka Arashine considers herself a '6th magnitude' star, the dimmest star in the universe. On her route to becoming a '1st magnitude' star, the brightest star, Honoka realizes that she can't possibly continue with her foul and distant attitude. She...

Today was the day we are sorted into classes, but beforehand Yachigusa-sensei wanted us to train our muscles a bit. We all changed in the changeroom and I was handed a purple tracksuit for being a sexy-type idol when I wanted a blue tracksuit. It's not that I couldn't fit the cool-type, in fact, I would fit all types, well maybe except pop.
Yachigusa-Sensei had chosen a perfect day to go outside with a scorching sun and the inexistent of wind. I haven't even run any laps yet, but by the time I stepped onefoot outside, I knew,
I knew I was going to be a puddle of sweat today.
And I was right. On my third lap around the track, I plopped down on the grass, panting and sweat dripping down from my face. I was also pretty sure that if I was placed in a basketball game right now, everyone would've mistaken me as a player there.
"Woah Honoka are you okay?" A classmate of mine asked. Not so strangely enough, Ume Tanaka was one of the very, very few people in my current class that I'm somewhat fond of. She never bugged me every day, or questioned me about my skills.
"I'm fine," I replied, standing up.
"Your face is all pale." She mentioned and chuckled. "That's weird, all of our faces are red from running and sweating, but you're sweating but you've lost all the color in your face."
"My face isn't red from sweating?" I repeated, confused and touching my own face.
"It's pale as daylight, but you're sweating as if you ran ten laps."
Yachigusa-Sensei came by and was laughing as well. "Looking at you guys from afar, all of you guys look like a baked potato but Arashine looks still uncooked."
At that time I laughed whole-heartedly.
"Maybe you should go to the infirmary just in case," Sensei suggested.
"Alright."

Today I ate lunch with Ume, which I surprisingly enjoyed. Although her name meant plum, she revealed that she actually hated plum. In the midst of eating, we were approached by two students with a box. They explained that everyone was drawing lots to determine the pairs and put to a performance for everyone to see.
To be honest, hearing anything about performance makes me excited to I eagerly stuck my hand inside the box, disregarding the fact that I had to work with someone. Pulling my hand out, I realized that I had drawn a card with the number 50 on it.
Ume took her card next a drew a number 81.
"Well, I guess we aren't partners." I sighed, getting up to search for my bona-fide partner.
After walking around for five times, I found my partner, a girl with two braids, with black hair and white ombre at the ends.
"Let's find a classroom to practice in before they're all booked out." She suggested and we both dashed back inside the buildings. If you didn't know, Four Star academy has many classrooms for practice, but you have to sign up for it first. If you don't sign up, it gets taken, and considering how many students there are, there is a lot of war going on for snatching a classroom.
