[Remus' POV]
I was so utterly shocked. Finally, I kissed the girl of my dreams! Kissed her!
"She tasted so sweet. Like a fresh cone of Florean Fortescue's cotton candy ice cream. Her hair, smoother than silk and softer than a cloud. Her skin, bright, glowing, as if a ray of sunlight always shone above her. Her arms, waist, her - so magically unbelievable that I never wanted to feel anything else."
After I pulled apart I just sat, dumbfounded, with a smile of sheer goofiness plastered on my face. I looked at her and gaped at her beauty. How could I have been so lucky?
She realized I was staring at her and blushed madly and turned around. The apples of her cheeks were pink, and her adorable little dimples sunk in place.
I was shaking with happiness, and I touched her shoulder and turned her around.
"Hey," I said, shyly.
"Hey," she said as she smiled, blushed and looked down.
I gently brought her chin up with my finger and looked at her.
Where on earth had all of this newfound confidence come from?
Her big (e/c) stared back at me. She was such a pure beauty, so simple but so extravagant. Merlin, I'd go mad if I ever lost her.
Still slightly shaking, I brought her chin level with mine. I didn't hesitate to slowly press my lips onto hers for the second time.
I became familiar with her, her scent, her perfect body and face, and her radiance.
I gently lifted her onto my lap, maneuvering her with my hands on her waist. She bent back, wrapping her arms around my neck and me, securing my arms at her hips.
Bloody hell, I was snogging the girl I like! [a/n: like? not really. love.]
Check and mate, Sirius, I grinned as I thought to myself about what Sirius would say if he were here.
And because the universe had it out for me, the second I thought that, boom, the door flew open.
"Remus are you h- HOLY MOTHER OF MERLIN!" Sirius and James yelled at the exact same time.
I practically jumped apart from (Y/N) and turned to glare at Sirius.
"Tone it down, would you? I think Beauxbatons can hear you!" I quickly shushed.
"MY BAAABY REMUS," James said, whining and pulling me into a bear hug.
"REMUS SNOGGED A GIIIRL, REMUS SNOGGED A GIIIRL," Sirius said in a singsong voice, skipping around the room.
Then came Peter.
"Holy sh!t, Remus snogged a girl?" he said, taking a bite out of his apple.
"WAIT," he said, eyeing the scene around him, "REMUS SNOGGED (Y/N)? WELL FINALLY!" he said, jumping up and down like an excited little kid.
"Shut your traps you blundering idiots! People can hear!" I fumed.
"Listen, Rem, you snogged the girl of your dreams. Be proud of it!" James teased.
"Prongs, if Moony can do it than so can you. I heard Evans is in the library. What are you waiting for, let's go!" Sirius said, tugging James out of the room.
"Bye, lovebirds," Peter winked as he followed them.
"Well, that was - something," (Y/N) started.
I felt so embarrassed.
"They're idiots, I'm sorry they walked in on us like that, I really am - " I tried to explain.
"No big deal, I have to go anyways. Charms test is coming up soon." she said, standing up.
"(Y/N), wait!" I said, desperately.
But it was no use.
She was gone.
