Taehyung's P.O.V.
"Students please open your textbooks, and read pages 376 to 386," Mr. Lee said.
Jungkook raised his hand.
"Mr. Lee, I didn't get my textbooks yet," Jungkook said.
"Oh. Well you will have to share with a partner for now. I'll contact guidance and see what's up," Mr. Lee said getting up for the phone.
I slid my textbook to the left so Jungkook would be able to read with me. As we took notes and read together our hands brushed occasionally, and every time they did I felt my self getting hot.
I couldn't push the memories of Jungkook pushing Park Bo Gum out of my mind. He seemed so naive sitting beside me and quietly doing his own thing.
"Are you done with this page?" Jungkook said with his deep raspy voice.
"Huh? Oh yea-h" I said stuttering slightly.
I mentally face-palmed myself. I hated seeming and feeling weak and small.
"Look," Jungkook said.
I stared at his white creamy skin as he talked to me. He looked like a cute little bunny but possessed the authority and dominance of a lion.
"I apologize about pushing your friend into the lockers," Jungkook said.
"From the times I've known Park Bo Gum he won't take your apologies seriously," I replied.
"I know I shouldn't have done what I did, but at that time I was ... self-conscious-" Jungkook started.
"You? Self-conscious? You look so hot," I whispered.
Jungkook's white complexion turned light pink as he blushed. Fuck. He looked so cute. The reality of what I said suddenly came to me, and I blushed too. I know being attracted to the same sex was illegal, but I really couldn't help it.
"Well thanks for that," Jungkook said leaning back into his chair.
While I was looking at him I could see other girls ogling at the new guy through my peripheral vision, so I turned back to my page and continued taking some notes.
"Is there a lot I missed in this semester for business?" Jungkook asked.
"Not really. It was more kind of like the introduction to business and minor notes," I answered.
"Is it alright if I looked at your notes?" Jungkook said.
"I'm afraid I don't have them with me right now," I replied.
"Can you bring them tomorrow?" he said.
"Maybe. I'll have to see if I still have them or if I burned them," I said.
With that Jungkook chuckled silently, his bunny teeth making a special appearance. Why is he being such a gentlemen???? I should be mean to him because of how he acted with my hyung...
"You don't like business?" Jungkook asked.
"Well my parents just expect me to take over the family business so I was forced to take this major," I said looking into Jungkook's eyes.
Something passed along those big orbs. Something that looked a lot like hurt, but it passed quickly.
"Is something wrong?" I asked.
"Nothing," he replied going back to taking notes.
"Why did you come a little late into the year?" I questioned.
"I'm not obligated to answer that question am I?" he said.
"Well not really-" I started.
"Then you don't need an answer," he stated.
I sharp stab pierced me right in the heart. All I wanted to do was be nice and fit in with him. I sighed internally. Why was he being an asshole now? What the fuck did I even do?
Jungkook's P.O.V.
Taehyung was way nicer than his "hyung" Park Bo Gum. From the little conversation we had he seemed like a pretty chill guy and boy was he so fucking hot.
When he mentioned his rich background, I frankly became ashamed of my own past. A past that I've been trying to forget.
My morning classes were done and I was looking for a place to buy a small lunch. All the stores near campus were high-end restaurants that didn't sell simple sandwiches, so I went back to my dorm. Luckily the last set of dorms available only held two students each, unlike the huge houses that stored five or more students.
The warm scent of food hit me when I walked in, and standing and talking in the kitchen were two guys I knew very well.
