Ever since last Friday Matt has tried to get me to open up to him.  He constantly comes over to my house and we go out for coffee and he asks me questions which I still have a problem answering truthfully so I skip most of them. He has been incredibly patient up to the point I'm worried he will just give up at any moment now, but seeing that he has no plan on leaving any time soon makes it easier for me to start to trust him. My phone rings, I reach over to it answering without looking at the caller ID.

"Hello?"

"Hey Em"  By the sound of his voice I immediately know it's Matt

"I was wondering if you'll like to go out for a movie"

"Are you asking me out on another date Mr. Adams?" I smirk

"Why yes Ms. Wilkinson I am, so do you accept?" As I spent more time with Matt I've gotten familiar with his expressions and when he uses them so that's how I know he's smirking as well.

"hmmm, I don't know...will I regret it later?"  I know I won't but I'm interested in what he will say.

"You offend me Ms. Wilkinson,  of course not"  I smile at his response.

"Then I accept"

"Great I'll see you at seven"  which leaves me about four hours to do nothing then get ready.

"Sounds good"

"Until seven Em"

"Until seven Matt" I end the call.

Not a second later the front door opens with Sophia walking out joining me on the bench swing out here in the porch.

"What you up to," she asks taking a seat next to me.

"Nothing just getting some fresh air," I said and she raised an eyebrow.

"Who were you on the phone with?" the thought of Matt makes me smile, I was about to answer her questions but Sophia interrupts.

"Matt," she says making me confused.

"How...How did you..."

"Know...easy, you had your 'Matt smile' which is basically just you smiling since he is always the cause of your smile" she explains, I blush not realizing what I've been doing recently.

"Don't worry I'm glad you've found somebody who makes you smile" she continues and I know what she's implying.

"We are just friends" I explain

"Ooh come on that's a lie and you know it," she says and I just stay silent. I quickly change the subject and we talk about her date with her boyfriend, Oscar. He is the only person outside my family that knows about the accident because Sophia and Oscar have been together for almost two years and he;s shown me I can trust him.

After I finished talking with Sophia she goes back inside, I grab my laptop and get comfortable. Many people would say it was odd to lay down in the front porch bench instead of inside but for me, it's relaxing and sometimes I don't even realize I'm falling asleep until someone wakes me up.

"Em?" a voice said while in my sleep, realizing someone is trying to wake me I'm about to smack whoever it is. I guess Sophia was right  I'm not nice when my sleep is interrupted, but there is only one person calls me 'em'. Matt what is he doing here?!

"Matt?" I say trying to open my eyes but I feel a hand on my head lifting me up to sit up. I finally open my eyes and he is wearing jeans with a button-up shirt and might I say he looks handsome but why is he so dressed up.
