An hour or so has passed since my father left and my phone still buzzed, each text begging me to come to the party. But I have to finish this, I'm reading a book on Asgardian Mythology. After the events that happened in New York, I've been absolutely obsessed with the God that tried to take over our world. His name is Loki. He's the God of Mischief. I haven't a clue about why I'm so infatuated with him. It's not as if I have a crush on him. He's just interesting. There's something about him, something sinister and beautiful. My father would have me hung if he knew how crazy I am about Loki.

I felt my stomach growling so I walked downstairs, still holding my book, to get something to eat. I opened the refrigerator and there was nothing appetizing to eat at all. Steve is such an old man. God, where's the good stuff? All he buys is yogurt and shit.

BANG!!!!! I heard outside the door of our penthouse and I froze. I heard more noises but these noises were barely audible. Our door opened and I could bring myself to move a muscle. Oh God, this is how I die. Virginally reading a book about Earth's biggest criminal.  A shadow began to emerge from the corner and my heart began to beat in my ears.

"(y/n)! Hello! It is I, Thor!" I exhaled loudly and dropped my book.

"Jesus, Thor, you can't do that! You nearly gave me a heart attack!" I held my hands to my chest.

"Awww, I'm sorry. Do you need a hug?" he smiled ear to ear. I walked up to him and hugged him. Thor and the other Avengers have become like Aunts and Uncles to me. "How are you? It's been so long since we've see each other?" He released me from the hug.

"Oh, you know, I'm good," bored out of my mind, annoyed, sad. "How are you?" I made my way back into the kitchen and Thor followed. "Oh," I tried to grab my book fast enough to ensure that Thor didn't see it.

"What're you reading?" He pulled the book from my hands. "Asgardian Mythology, you have an interest in Asgard?" I nodded. "That's awesome. Maybe I could take you sometime." My eyes lit up.

"Really?! That's possible?!" I jumped with glee.

"I mean, of course. Anything's possible, really." I was about to say something when I heard my dad and Tony's voices coming from the stairwell. They walked in and stared at Thor.

"What the hell did you do to my door?" Steve asked laughing a bit.

"Oh, sorry, I was looking for you." Steve's eyebrows raised. Ugh, I don't have time for this.

"Dad! I have got to tell you something!" I exclaimed walking over to him. "Okay, at first, you're going to be like 'Heck no!' but, heat me out. I want to go to Asgard with Thor." Tony scoffed.

"What? You want to do what? No. No. No. You're not doing that." He shook his head.

"Why?! I'll have Thor there the entire time! He'll be protecting me! Right, Thor?" Thor nodded and I grinned. "Please, Dad, I'm a senior in high school. I deserve this." I made a long eye contact with him and he let out a sigh.

"How long are you leaving for?"

"I don't know, week maybe. Two weeks." Thor said calmly.

"And you'll be around her one-hundred percent of the time?" Thor nodded and smiled. "If she comes back pregnant or dead I will not be a happy father."

"So..?" I questioned. "Yes, no??"

"Yes but-." I gasped and pulled Steve into a hug- a tight one.

"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"

"Of course but, be safe. When are you two leaving?"

"I have to leave tonight. I only came to have a mans night but, it seems as if you and Tony have already done that." Tony smirked.

"So, what should I bring?" I asked Thor.

"Um, nothing, Asgard can provide everything for you." Sweet! I hate packing.

"So, are we leaving now?" I asked eagerly. Thor nodded.

"We must, I have a celebration to attend." Wow, that means I have to go as well. Alright! An Asgardian Celebration, sign me up!

"Well, uh, have fun." Steve pulled me into one last hug and I hugged him back. I pulled back after a moment and grinned.

"Let's go," I stood next to Thor. "Heimdall!" He exclaimed
