Natasha sat next to Tony and Loki as they watched over their friends and relatives. Tony was eating a cheeseburger watching Morgan; Nat watched over Clint with loving eyes and a memory of their incredible friendship; and Loki watched over (Y/n).
There she stood as beautiful as ever. It appeared as if  Steve was about to go back in time and return all the stones.
"I've got to say," Tony began, "I was expecting my funeral to be a lot less sad. Pretty bleak, right?" he joked.
"A funeral is for the living," Loki added without lifting his gaze from his queen.
"At least you got a funeral," Nat joked. They laughed.
"You know, out of all the people I thought I'd be living it up with in Heaven, I never— never— would've expected to be sitting next you," Tony said to Loki.
"Honestly?" Loki replied. "Me either, but you two aren't the worst company in the world."
"Right back at ya, reindeer games," Tony rested his hand on Loki's shoulder.
"Hey, look, Loki. It's (Y/n)," Nat added.
They looked onto the scene and Steve disappeared. Bruce counted as they waited to bring him back, but instead of going straight back, Steve went to 1948.
He went back and did it all over again. Changing (Y/n)'s life forever. Loki watched as she had a normal life, with a mother. She seemed happy... very happy.
Steve got back as Bucky, (Y/n), Sam, and Bruce crowded around the old, shriveled up version of Steve. They had a conversation that Loki was not listening to as he was far too busy trying to memorize the small, intimate details that laced her face. As the conversation progressed, it was revealed that (Y/n) was blissfully unaware of Loki's presence in her life at all.
"Who's Loki?" she uttered leaving Loki's face peacefully sad. Tony and Nat turned to him, but he remained studying her features.
"Are you, uh, you okay?" Tony asked.
"Never been better," Loki paused. "My darling is happy again... My brother has regained his— his personality... And I have made some new friends."

                              "Everything's okay again," Loki smiled.
