*╚═══❖•ೋ° °ೋ•❖═══╝*She woke up, she woke up from her deep slumber. The first thing she immediately noticed was the hoodie under her head and the scent.
The sun had just risen, the orange and yellow hue was still up on the sky as she sat up, using her arms as support to lift herself up.
She instantly knew whose jacket it was. It was his. She knew of the scent that reminded her of pain, struggling, aching, longing. She knew it all. She was just disappointed that she woke up without her in his arms.
She stood up, determination running through her veins. She wanted to see him, now. She wanted to be in his embrace right this moment.
So she ran through streets, roads that she's never been to before. She had his hoodie wrapped around her arms as she aimlessly ran.
She was about to lose hope. She was about to give up and run back to the dock and just wait for him to eventually appear but she heard a loud noise.
Sirens.
Sirens from both an ambulance and from the police. The crying and loud whispers, she could hear them all. She had a feeling that he was going to be there so she ran towards the noises.
As she got there, she stood by her tiptoes, trying to find him amongst the crowd of people and then she saw him, his side view.
His mouth was gaping open, his eyes were red and swollen. She saw tears trickle down his cheeks as he pursed his lips.
She was going to approach him until she saw him running towards a body that was covered by a cloth. Her gaze then landed towards a middle aged man being dragged into a police's vehicle.
She also saw a lady who seems to be older than her, also crying as she entered the ambulance. She was wearing a set of very exposing clothes.
She saw him burst out in tears, crying over the dead body. She unintentionally took a step back, she was shocked, surprised. The fact that she saw him in his suffering state made her suffer as well.
She ran back to the dock with a heavy heart, she didn't want to see him in his most vulnerable state.
She sat down on the edge, letting out all of her tears, she didn't even keep her loud sobs. She cried and cried and waited for him to come and comfort her.
But he didn't come that day.
She was all alone. Nobody was around her to comfort and give her the loving that she needed.
She needed something.
She needed someone.
