The sleep you get in the spa hotel beds is unlike any sleep you could ever imagine. After Duncan left to sleep in the crummy cabins last night, I was out like a light and I slept like a baby.

This morning, I woke up and stayed in bed for a few minutes just scrolling through my phone, asking Duncan what he wanted me to get him for breakfast, just the usual business.

Gwen woke up a few minutes later yawning loudly. “I just dreamt I was riding a fluffy unicorn! Across clouds made of marshmallows”

I gave her a look “Sure you didn’t do any drugs before you fell asleep?”

“Yeah, they’re soft beds alright” Courtney said getting up as well and sitting on the end of Gwen’s bed.

“A couple of days ago I was ready to quit, now that we’re friends again, I never want it to end!” Gwen said to Courtney. I stayed silent watching this in disgust.

“I hope we make it to the finale together!” Courtney said.

“What about Scott?” Gwen asked.

“He’s cool and all but, like you say, you gotta put friends first” Courtney said. “Aww!” Gwen cooed.

“If I don’t win the million bucks I hope you do!” They said in complete unison.

This isn’t happening, why do they love each other!? “Oh my god, you guys make me sick”

I went in the confessional making a fake gagging sound /“Oh my god, if the merge doesn’t happen today I’m going to rip my eyeballs out of my head. If I have to room with the best friends and listen to them talk about how much they love each other one more time I’m losing my fucking shit”/

I had to get away from their love fest, so I grabbed Duncan’s breakfast and went outside to meet him before today’s challenge.

I held his muffin and coffee in my hands and found him on the side of his cabin with a can of spray paint. “Whatcha got there?” I asked approaching him.

“Oh hey babe, watch this, it’ll be awesome!” Duncan said shaking the can up.

I looked at the can of purple spray paint back to his eager face, “Is this another ego thing?”

“No” He said at first still shaking the can up, then stopped “Okay, maybe a little, but, this will look cool babe, you love when I do graffiti!”

“I do love your work” I agreed taking a sip of his coffee, getting impatient with him not grabbing it from me.

“How about a classic skull and cross bones, haha!” Duncan laughed mischievously and started spraying.

“Aw, what a cute bunny!” Zoey said from behind us, Duncan yelled out in anger “Don’t call me that!”

“I was talking about your painting!” Zoey said. I looked from her to Duncan’s piece of work on the cabin wall. If you look at it the right way, it did look like a bunny.

“Huh?” Duncan asked examining it. “Ugh, it’s not a bunny, its emotional graffiti!” Duncan groaned, then threw the can of spray paint at the wall. It just bounced back and knocked him over.

I sighed putting the food on the cabin stairs and lifted him up. He groaned in frustration “Just relax babe. I think it looks like an emotional skull and cross bones”

“You’re just saying that” He muttered.

“Am not, I think that was a very bad thing to do, see? You’ve still got your edge!” I tried reassuring him “Come on, I’m sure there’s plenty of things we can mess up around here”
