Having to sleep in a piece of junk bed sucks. Having to sleep in this piece of junk cabin sucks.

Not sleeping in a bed with Duncan sucks.

Having to room with Heather, Jo, and Gwen though, THAT sucks the most.

There were two bunks in the room, Jo was a top with Gwen as a bottom on one, and I was sharing with Heather, taking the top bunk.

The rooming situations for this week suck because A- Jo and Heather won’t shut the fuck up about losing the last challenge, and B-Gwen’s in here, and it’s just a bit tense and awkward around her after me screaming at her.

Things haven’t started to get better, and I didn’t intend to try and make that happen. I wasn’t exactly too in love with Gwen when we first arrived here, I was really pushing myself to like her, now that she’s given me a reason, I can hate her to my heart’s desire.

I laid on my top bunk messing around on my phone, trying to block out another one of Heather and Jo’s arguments.

“Thanks again for blowing the challenge Jo!” Heather said to her.

“Me? You’re the one who wasted time arguing instead of digging!” Jo said back.

“Ha!” I said out loud. They were both responsible for us losing because of their arguing, and instead of trying to work on that, they’re still arguing. What an awesome team I have.

It does beat being stuck with Courtney though. If I was in a cabin with her, this would turn into a camp murder scene real fast.

Heather glared at me, then turned back to Jo “I wouldn’t have needed to argue if everyone just did what I told them to do, I’m the one with the most experience on this team!”

“MAYBE if you both stopped arguing then we all could have just dug around and won” I said. They both glared at me this time, but I just rolled my eyes.

I hated jumping in and joining their little arguing fest, but sometimes it was just so hard to resist, I mean, listen to them! They need to get yelled at and put in their place.

“It’s everyone’s fault for not working together as a team!” Gwen yelled suddenly, sitting up in her bed. “Now cram it! I am trying to sleep!” She laid back down covering her face with her pillow.

I may hate her right now, but I agree. I’ve been trying to sleep for an hour and a half now, but these two yapping like annoying birds makes it a little difficult to drift off into a sweet dream land.

But like I said, this could always be much, much worse. Courtney could be in this room with me and I would’ve had a migraine from us fighting every night.

Even though I hate that she’s living it up in the spa hotel, at least we’re a safe, far distance from each other.

~

The next morning I could smell the delicious breakfast coming from the spa hotel from the kitchen windows being left open.

Smelling delicious food is complete torture when we’re stuck eating this questionably edible food from Chef. I almost forgot how disgusting his so called food was.

“Yeah I can’t eat this” I said walking and tossing the plate in the garbage. If we lose again, I’ll raid Chef’s kitchen to find the good food. If we win, well then I have all the good food in the world in my kitchen and have nothing to worry about!

“I hear ya, this stuff is disgusting” Jo said following me and tossing hers too. With that, Chris’s voice blared over the loud speakers.

“Attention campers! Forest recon in five! Over!” I sighed and went to the door “Challenge time”
