i yawned, stretching out my arms, sitting on my bed. the birds chirped and the sun was ever so bright and vibrant today. and as any normal teenager would do, i reached out for my phone first thing in the morning.

it was partially why i didn't get any proper sleep last night anyways. daniel kept messaging me and i didn't know what shit to reply so i called minseo but she ended up sleeping over. she was ecstatic that i was actually texting a member of her favorite boy group. and to be pretty honest, i was pretty psyched too.

i stared at nothing for about a few minutes before rubbing my eyes and making my bed. i went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and it felt awfully cold even if the sun was strikingly up. it was strange, how the day made me two contrasting feelings all at once.

just like jihoon. 

oh god why am i even thinking about him? choi hwayoung you're over him, he's not part of your life anymore. you need to learn how to function without him bugging your mind every ten seconds.

i went downstairs to fish out some breakfast but ended up finding my brother and minseo talking with each other. aigoo, these lovebirds. it's still oblivious to me how my brother still hasn't confessed to her after all these years.

minseo was fairly pretty and had a really bright personality. it wouldn't be surprising to see a lot of boys like her.

oh gosh, if only i could relate.

doyoung oppa started to take a liking on her ever since he found out she played league. and things got more developed as she started coming over daily. it was cute how they acted like they hated each other.

i left my phone on the table by the living room and went to the kitchen to make my breakfast. i cooked an egg omelette and took out the kimbap my mom made last night.

i scooted to the living room and ate with the two. lazily, i turned on the tv to watch some variety shows and i noticed it was really early because my favorite show wasn't airing yet and it usually aired at about 8:00 am.

i reached into my pocket, expecting to feel a metal-like device. i looked at the table and my phone was nowhere to be found. and so was minseo. ah shit, that sly ass.
