*Smack*
"You stupid little girl! Can't you do anything right?!" Samantha roared. *Smack* All I tell you to do is go buy some wheat bread at the store and you buy white? Are you trying to kill me?!?!
"Mother please stop, I'm sorry!!!" I pleaded.
"Sorry doesn't cut it, I'm gonna scar up that pretty little skin of yours!" She said with an evil grin.
-She then took the lit cigarette she was smoking and burnt Katy on her arm with it.-
I screamed loudly in pain as she finished completing her wicked actions.
"You stupid little girl! I hope you've learned your lesson, you slut!" She yelled walking away.
-Then, she left Katy lying on the floor in pain, drowning in her tears.-
Things have always been like this. Me being abused by my mother for something stupid or for no reason at all. She loves torturing me and seeing me in pain..... And she even blames me for Dad leaving. But maybe she's right......... maybe Dad did leave because of me BUT that didn't give her the right to abuse me at all! She just wanted to... because she's evil. She's always blaming me and beating me for everything: Bills, money problems, rent problems, or just because she feels like it. Now.... you're probably thinking to yourself, why not just fight back or go to the police? Well, for starters I'm just 16 years old and I'm skinny so I'm not as strong. Plus.. if I do fight her, she'll probably kick me out and I have nowhere else to go and she knows that. Secondly, I tried reporting it to the police, but my mother....... that woman has a way with words and getting away with everything and it only resulted in one thing..... a brutal beating. *sarcastically chuckles* How did my life end up like this again?... Oh yeah, it all started when I was born...... But, why was I born anyway...? Why cant I just die or not wake up one day? *starts tearing up*
"Katherine what are you doing just standing there? Go fix me dinner NOW!" She demanded.
"Yes mother, I apologize." I replied back then quickly wiped my eyes and bowed my head.
"Just hurry up and get it." She stated while rolling her eyes. "Ugh why couldn't I have a better daughter..." She added.
"Yes I agree mother, I'll go fix up your dinner now." I declared.
≈KATY'S THOUGHTS≈
'Why couldn't I have a better daughter'?!... What the heck! It's the other way around!!! *sigh* whatever, I better hurry up before she beats me again. *opens fridge and takes out frozen pizza box* Oh crap, there's only one slice left. *sigh* Well I guess I'm gonna have to starve tonight..... again. *Heats up pizza and puts it on a plate*
"Why the fuck are you taking so long!" She yelled from the other room.
"Coming!" I called back out to her while rushing to the other room.
"Finally! You took forever....you're so useless just like your father!"
"Yes mother, I agree. I'm sorry" I replied while bowing my head. All I can do is tell her what she wants to hear.... this is the other way I can avoid a beating.
"Whatever just get out of my sight you piece of shit.. oh and you've got school tomorrow so you better go to bed." She demanded
"But its only 8:00...." I complained. She wants me to go to sleep at 8:00?! What the heck?... Not even 10 year old's go to sleep that early.
"I SAID go to bed NOW before I put you to sleep. And I said to get out of my sight, you disgust me." She commanded to me with a viscous tone. She was then getting prepared to get up... to probably hit me of course.
"Yes mother.... have a good night....." I told her as I smiled back to her warmly.
"I SAID... GET THE FUCK OUTTA MY SIGHT!!!" She bellowed, having her eyes wide open like they were about to pop.
"Yes mother! I'm sorry!" I responded back to her rushing upstairs to my room.
So I headed upstairs into my room and lied into my bed. She's such a monster..... No, she's worst than a monster.... she's the devil itself and I'm living with it. *groans* Ughhh my tummy hurts.... I'm so hungry... *grabs tummy*. Maybe if I go to sleep the pain will go away,... maybe everything will go away, or at least for a while I hope. *yawns then slowly closes eyes* goodnight cruel world.....
