Austin's Perspective that Date Night

I heard she was going on a date tonight with himmm... I wish I could go back in time and take back every wrong thing I did to hee. Maybe then she'll like like me again. If only. She's been my ride or die since 3rd grade! I just wish she would feel the way she felt about me in 6th grade. Why does this feel like the hardest part of my life?!?! Maybe I can talk to her before she leaves...-Austins thought to himself.

Austin left to go see Camila but...

"Sorry Austin you just missed her. She'll be back at 10:30 you can come back then," her father explained.

"Ok thanks Mr. Cabello," Austin said sadly.

Camila's dad nodded and closed the door.

Austin decided to wait at Camila's house in case she returned. He stood out near the side of the house. He waited and waited but soon fell tired. He slowly fell asleep until something woke him, a car engine!

He watched as Camila got out the car and it drove away. He watched as she walked up the drive way, he was so focused he almost forgot he wanted to talk to her until he saw her about to open the door. No voice came out so he pulled her to him.
