What a Dookie...

The next weeks went away too fast.I was taking bass lessons with Mike , Trè was all day with his...ughh...girlfriend and Billie was talking to the phone..all...day...long.Thank God , I had Mike who was spending time with me as I told him that I wanted to play the bass guitar.

I was sitting on the sofa with Mike's old bass and practising when Billie got in the living room , looked at me and gave me a tight hug."What the Hey is going on here?"I thought.He took a seat near me.

-Vic , I'm happy!

-I see that..but why?

-Okay , okay , do you remember that I'm talking with a girl the past..

-Months?  , I said , interapting him.He took a breath and kept talking.

-Yeap , the past months , anyway , the point is that I think that I'm in love with her!

I stood still , thought about it and then smiled at Billie.

-That's sound amazing , Billie , nice!

-Oh , there's better part!

-What do you mean?

-I inveted her to come here , so we'd spend the summer together! , he said in a excited tune.I looked at him.That was something that I didn't expect at all.

-Nice , nice , now can you let me know her name?? , I asked.

-Hmm..sure!Her name is Adie.

-Beautiful name. , I smiled.

-In fact is Adrienne but I like "Adie" more.

He was really happy.I could see it in his eyes.He hugged me again and started jumping around."Oh love.." I thought and laughed.

-And when will she be here? , I asked.He stopped jumping and came to my side.

-Next week , but don't say it to the guys...I wanna tell them! , he said and blinked the eye.I smiled.I felt unique.He told me first about her.But why did he do that after all?We heard steps , it was Mike.Billie looked at him and went away running.

-What's wrong with him? , Mike asked me while he was looking at Billie who was running away.

-He is happy , you know Billie...

-Yeah..okay , but I need to talk to him..

-Wanna tell me?

-Sure!I would anyway! , Mike said and took a paper out of a paper bag.I looked at it weird.

-And what's that?

-It's our new tour dates , you silly!

-Oh , I see , gimmie! , I took them from Mike's hand and read the places.

-Emm...CA...and New York City in the summer , sounds fun!

-Yeah , it sounds fun but it's not at all, we're ready for the Dookie tour! , Mike shouted happily.

-Do Billie and Trè know about it?Maybe they have other plans...

-No they don't , that's why I need to talk with Billie and they CAN'T have other plans!That's THE plan!It's our job!
