*Third person POV*

Just minutes after being wrapped up in sticky spider webs and left in a cold, unforgiving cell, Crossbones was beginning to really hate the Avengers.

He wondered how a group of such broken, pained people could defeat him; he had everything on his side. They only had hope.

But apparently hope was enough for them.

His thoughts were interrupted by a tapping on his cell window, and he rolled over to see Loki standing there. The god motioned for Crossbones to move back, and he did, before Loki blasted the door from it's hinges.

The giant iron door fell with an enormous thud, and Loki rushed in. He glanced down at Crossbones in annoyance and started to pull the spider webs off.

"God, why couldn't I have found a better villain to team up with? You are useless." Loki hissed, ripping the webs off and hauling him to his feet. Crossbones rubbed his now-healing jaw, scowling.

"Do you want revenge or not?" He grumbled. Loki rolled his eyes.

"Let's go find them. I want to kill Captain America, Widow and the iron guy, so don't touch them." The god ordered. Crossbones nodded, loading up his crossbow, which he had found a few feet away from his cell.

"Fine. Leave me Bucky and Sarah- I want her to watch him bleed."

Loki nodded and they left their prisons, again able to outsmart their captors and escape.

Little did they know that all hell was about to break loose.

*Bucky's POV*

I tugged Sarah down the hall with me, running as fast as I could without leaving her behind. She was feeling a little better, but she had used her powers for a long time. It had definitely tired her out.

The group of us were all running around, trying desperately to locate Fury and Hill, who seemed to be hiding.

We shot at any agents of Hydra that wandered by, ensuring that they wouldn't slow us down. They clambered to the ground loudly and we continued running.

We soon entered a hallway containing several doors, and we scattered, running to open them up. I grabbed the handle of the nearest one and yanked it open, seeing a few S.H.I.E.L.D. agents tied up. I rushed in and untied them.

"This place is about to blow up. Get out of here as fast as you can!" I told them, and they thanked me, taking off. I hurried out of the room, Sarah on my heels, and opened the next door, leading to an empty room. I checked to make sure there were no hidden passageways.

Once all the doors had been checked, we went to the next hall. This hall had quite a few Hydra agents, and we had to shoot our way through them just to get to the many doors. After searching through them and finding little, Peter shouted to us from the end of the hall. We all glanced over just as Fury, Hill, and a few agents walked out of the door he was holding open.

"We were locked in." Fury grumbled. Hill nodded in agreement as we all sighed in relief, glad that we could now get out of here.

"Alright well look, guys, Hydra is going to blow this entire building up in about four and a half minutes. We need to get out of here fast." Steve told them, and their eyes grew wide before nodding. They pulled out their guns and Cap stepped in front of us, leading us through the maze this base was, trying to find a way out. The farther from the middle of the base we got, the more Hydra agents we ran into. I shot as many as I could and dodged their bullets.
