**Bucky's POV**
I clutched the new gun and ammo Fury gave me tightly, giving him a curt nod before walking over to the group. Fury followed to give a few last orders.
"Alright. Make sure all of your earpieces are working, and during this mission if at any time you need help, please press it and talk to me. This mission is only to locate the possible path Garrett took with Sarah, not to storm a Hydra base. Try to stay hidden as long as you can, and only use force if necessary." Fury announced, looking around as everyone tested their earpieces, before finishing. "I'll be in the plane one mile from this site. If u need to meet me, your ear piece will tell you where to go. Good luck."
He dismissed us and left to go to the plane, along with one of his body guards. We turned and set off, one foot after the other, in the direction Garrett most likely headed. We were silent for a while before Stark spoke up.
"So Peter, how'd you come to be 'Spider-Man?'" Tony asked, messing with something on his suit and glancing at Peter Parker.
Peter smiled slightly, then looked into the distance as if he was recalling a fond memory that was no more.
"I was interested in science, and I went to Oscorp Industries with a girl named Gwen. I was going on a tour when I somehow ended up in a room filled with test subjects, which happened to be radioactive spiders, and I ended up getting bitten. The damn spider made me be able to shoot webs and have different spider-like abilities." Peter explained, looking at the ground and sniffing. I wondered why he seemed suddenly sad but Steve got to the question before I did.
"What's wrong?" He asked. Peter sighed, and his sadness started to turn into rage.
"Oscorp is responsible for the death of my Gwen. And I'm going to stop at nothing until all of Oscorp is obliterated." He said.
No one replied, and instead we were left in an uneasy silence. All I heard were birds calling out in the distance, the ruffling of trees, and the wind in my face. But I couldn't find any of it beautiful, because I knew Sarah was far more beautiful, and she wasn't here.
I prayed everyday with everything I had, with every fiber of my being, with every cell in my body- that she was still alive.
Because if she wasn't, what reason did I have to live? I've already fucked this life up. I would've ended it a long time ago, if it hadn't been for Sarah. She was my redemption.
If she wasn't alive, or if she was too far gone, I would join her. Even if showing my final act of love towards her was dying, I would do it. Because ever since she said she loved me I vowed to go to the ends of the earth for her. Her and Steve were all I had in the world, and I have to protect the things I can't live without.
But if she died, it meant I would have completely and totally failed her. It meant I didn't keep my promise. If I told her that, she would comfort me and tell me that it wasn't me, that it was Hydra. But it doesn't matter. If I could've gotten to her, this wouldn't have happened anyway.
I shook myself from my heart-wrenching thoughts, trying to escape my own mind, and come back to the real world. I came back just in time.
"Hey! I found something!" Tony called, way in front of the group. He beckoned to us as we quickened our pace to reach him, and as I got closer I spotted remnants of a fire. Embers were still burning deep inside of the branches, the only clue as to when they were last here. I frowned.
I bent down and examined the flames, along with examining the ground around it. The dirt was smeared, as if someone had tried to cover their tracks.
"This doesn't make any sense. They took Sarah eight days ago, these embers shouldn't still be burning from then. This isn't their fire." I said, standing and looking closer at the ground. The smears told me nothing about who was here, when they were here, and how long they were here. It was too confusing and all I wanted was to know where Sarah was. I stomped my foot in frustration, clenching my fists. Steve put his hand on my arm and I relaxed a bit.
"It's alright, we'll find her, ok?" He told me. I nodded.
Suddenly Peter dropped from a tree, looking pleased.
"Found what I think is the base!" He announced, grinning. Tony rolled his eyes at Peter's excitement, and Steve gave the boy a half-hearted grin.
"You're just a kid. Why are you even here?" Tony sneered, making Peter frown, and Cara came over. I immediately knew this was a battle that no one would win.
"I'm young too. But that doesn't mean we can't do anything." Cara hissed at Tony. Tony narrowed his eyes and walked closer to both Cara and Peter.
"Neither of you know what's it's like to fight in battles, to sacrifice everything, to fight until you can't fight anymore. You should not be fighting with us." Tony told them in a low, deep voice. He was about to get really angry. But even I knew that Peter knows what it's like to fight, because I can see it in his eyes. He's got the same far away, distant look to them as the rest of us. The way his shoulders slump when he walks, like he has been beaten and worn down, looks like every one of us.
"Tony you don't have anything on some of us. I'll tell you right now, me and Bucky have had a hell of a lot more to deal with in our lives than you." Steve spat, glaring at Stark. I got the feeling this conversation has happened between them before. Stark opened his mouth to speak, when Peter blew up.
"You have NO idea what I've been through! I have fought with everything I had, and fought until I couldn't fight anymore! I've lost everything I've loved and sacrificed my life to help people! You think I don't know how to fight? You have no idea!" Peter yelled, completely bewildered at Tony's childlike actions. I glanced at Steve, and he looked pissed.
Tony flipped his mask down, suddenly looking to fight. I got between him and Peter and Cara, holding my hands up and making myself scary, like Hydra has taught me to do oh-so-well.
"We are wasting time. Tony, the boy and girl can fight, so shut the hell up. My Sarah is in one of these Hydra bases and she is being tortured, maimed, beaten and or killed right now. And if you people can't get your heads out of your selfish asses to go save her, then you need to leave, because you aren't a superhero." I growled, putting force into my words. Stark flipped up his mask and gave me a long, hard glare, as if to say, we'll finish this later. Peter and Cara gave me a nod of thanks, and I nodded back.
Steve put his hand to his ear, and told us to shut up. We all went silent as Steve listened to his earpiece. He replied an, 'ok' to the other end, and then turned towards us.
"We need to get back to the plane quickly. We are about to be ambushed." Steve said, and we took off running to gain some quick distance between us and our attackers. Once we got farther away, we slowed to a walk, and eventually got to the plane.
We had no clue what was waiting for us.

A.N.
I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE SOMETHING CLEAR.
Sarah is NOT Elsa. I am using the idea of Elsa's powers because I like them, and I think it's a unique power. I will make her power's different from Elsa's, because after all Sarah is drastically different. Just because she has ice powers does not mean she is a Disney character. So to any of my readers that are mad that I gave her ice powers, I apologize, but it's my story.
I am not trying to be rude or anything, I'm just trying to explain why I chose those powers, thats all.
