Emma's POV
It's been 3 seconds since I heard the shot. I can still feel my heart beating, I feel no pain, does that mean I'm in hell or am I still alive? God. I peeled my eyes open to see that the man who launched the bullet was smirking, and I was alive but in a real intimate position. The boy had dodged the bullet in a very short amount of time, and had saved both of us. I give him credit for that.
At the moment, I was pressed tightly against the boys chest and was inhaling his scent. He stinked. Srsly. I'm sure he hasn't showered. My poor nostrils. His hands were firmly planted on my waist, his grip, tight.
"Move it, Maddy. Or else I won't hesitate to shoot your brains out." The boy snarled.
Hulk held his hands up in surrender, "Boy, if I were you, I'd protect her from Luke. Watch your back. Both of you." He jeered and was out of the house.
The look on his face hardened and his thoughts surrounded him. I really shouldn't have worn this thing.
Me being me, I poked him, giving him a let-me-go look. He realised what I meant and let go instantly, tossing his gun on the sofa as if it were nothing.
I felt that those lessons were useless for me, considering how weak I was right now.
There was awkward silence between us and I didn't expect him to ask me to stay for tea. That's when I saw where his eyes were, my freaking breasts! This bitch! My eyes zeroed on him and I sneered, "Eyes up, pretty boy." He made eye contact with me and ignored what I had said.
Debating With my mind, I dediced to leave but ofcourse, I was a bitch. That was proven.
Before leaving, I asked him, "what's your name, pretty boy?"
"Go find out yourself." He grumbled. Fine.
On my way out I yelled, "take a shower, you stink." Giving his red face one last glance, I went out but first looked put for that hulk or anyone else, when I found the coast clear, I started walking back home.
