BELLISIMA

I'm running down a dark path. I have no idea where I am. I don't recognize anything around me. I trip over my own two feet and land flat on my face. I ignore the pain and scramble to my feet, and take off. I can hear growling and teeth snapping behind me. I take a quick look and don't see anything. My muscles are burning and I can barely breathe, but I know if I stop, I'm dead.

I don't know how long I run before I can no longer hear the wild animal chasing me. My footsteps slow, and I bend over at the waist trying to catch my breath.

"Hello Bellisima." A voice sounds behind me.

I whirl around as my eyes go wide. They land on a man dressed in a three-piece suit, looking, for lack of a better word - dapper.

"Why do keep running from my hounds?" he asks me as he pats the air somewhere near his hip. "You made the deal, now you have to repay the debt."

My heart hammers in my chest. I made the deal ten years ago, but I thought I would be able to figure out a way out of it. Not that it diid me any good. Once that ten years was up, the deal I made fell apart, tearing my family to shreds.

"You have to let me out of this deal." I beg. "Please." It comes out as a whine, but I don't care. I'm beyond begging at this point. I drop tto my knees and put my hands together like I'm praying. "I will do anything."

"It's gone beyond that. I'm the King of the Crossroads for a reason." He looks bored as he approaches my kneeling form, looking at his cuticles; presumably to make sure his manicure is still perfect.

Unbidden tears stream down my face as I look at him imploringly. He looks at me, a curious look on his handsome face.

"I'll make you another deal. Only good for six months." he says as he crouchs in front of me. "I'll give you a six month repreive."

"What do I have to do?" I ask shakily.

"You, my dear, don't have to do anything. Just live your life like you usually do." he says as he points a finger at me. "Just live your day to day life. Go to school. Hang out with your friends. Go out on a date. Don't worry about what will happen in the next six months, or what will happen when the time runs out."

I wake up drenched in sweat. I hurridly turn on my bedside lamp and check to make sure the devil's shoestring is still on the ledge above my bedroom door. Seeing it in place I take in a nervous breath. I've been dealing with the damned hellhounds for over a month, and I was really getting worried I wasn't going to be able to keep out running them. I somehow just bought myself another six months. I don't know why Crowley is being so generous, but I'll take it.

Maybe Jess's new boyfriends can help me. I check the time. It's still the middle of the night. I steel myself for a conversation I'm not sure I'll ever be ready to have with my best friend. I sigh, resigned to the fact that I won't be gettting anymore sleep tonight.

I throw my legs over the side of the bed. I leave my room quietly as to not wake Cara. Our apartment is tiny, and sound carries through the thin walls. I make myself a glass of water in the kitchen and sigh. I can't believe how much of a mess I've gotten myself into.

All I know right now is that I have six months to do anything and everything in my power to keep my soul out of hell.

A/N: OMG!!!!!!!!!! The last chapter for this book. I can't believe what a ride this has been. This is the very first actual book I started. Even if it's a fanfic. There are a few people I need to thank for getting me here.

@luckyyou88 for being my personal Charlie and helping me with all things Supernatural

@jadedbritt thanks for letting me monopolize the group chat with all my questions

@crucias My Honey. My Love. Thank you for putting up with the many hours of writing and neglecting the house.

@anon2404 and the rest of the girls from TAFF. Thank you so much for your encouragement. It meant, and still means the world to me. The fact that you all read and love my story... I don't even have words to express the gratitude I feel for each and every one of you.

I'll start Book 2 in a couple of months. I want to get updates out for my other stories. I also have a dystopian story that I plan to publish before the end of the year.

Again. Thank you for reading my story.
