amaanahxwrites is the guest today! A break-the-stereotype writer on Wattpad, her books worth a click. This is one of my favourite interviews because I used a different approach for this one, very unsimiliar to my previous works, hope you guys will like it!

So here we go!

#1|How did you discover Wattpad?

amaanahxwrites|I saw someone on Instagram post about a book they were writing and I wanted to read it.

#2|And that got you into writing?

amaanahxwrites|Yes, I got a flow of ideas for some books and started writing.

#3|Tell me about your books!

amaanahxwrites|Loving Miss Billionaire : I went through a lot of title changes to get the perfect one, The main character is Amiyah (miss billionaire), she has 4 siblings but is not very close to her family. She finds herself falling for Khalid Yusuf who doesn't come from a wealthy background like hers. She is also faced with Yahya who wants to marry her and will go to many lenghts to get her. But Amiyah doesn't want Yahya but knows her dad will accept him without a second thought, Khalid on the other hand is someone who she does want but is not sure if her family will accept.

Loving Miss Bodybuilder: This is one of my favourites. It starts off with an arranged marriage between Hanna and Amir. Two similar characters but very contrasting views. Amir struggles to understand and love his wife who is very different to his expectations of an MUA, loves to shop and the endless stereotypes of a wife.

That's it, I hope it isnt too long.

They seem better to me than most of the repetitive billionaire clichès on Wattpad, all of them has the same stupid story which makes me sick. Seriously guys why not just write a fanfic if ya'll going to with the same story anyways? Sigh.

#4|Talking about books,Do you have any favourite book(s) on Wattpad?

amaanahxwrites My top favourite has to be 'My Ex-Husband, My proffessor' I honestly couldn't stop scrolling, second is 'Tangled Hearts' another one which I couldn't stop scrolling through and 'Married to a Sheikh' is another fave, all can be found on my 'you must read these' reading list.

#5|Do you get writer's block? If yes,how do you deal with it?

amaanahxwrites|Yes, sometimes I can't think of how to make the story flow. I deal with it by reading and just having some thinking time, then I magically get the idea.

#6|You have made it clear that you're feminist in your bio, what makes you feel the need to be a feminist?

amaanahxwrites|I've seen through my own family and generally around me and online that many people think women are less capable or not as strong and that is one of the reason's why I am a feminist because I want to work towards changing that view. Many people will also say " Islam already gave women their rights so there is no need" but as a muslim feminist I want to work towards instilling those rights into our societies and homes.

#7|Some feminists today encourages misandry as a way to get "equality" What is your opinion on that?

amaanahxwrites|I think some feminists are assuming all men are a certain way which is a bit dumb considering people assume all women are a certain way so misandry is like mirroring the enemt,so I don't think that you should hate all men after all the Prophet Muhammad SAW was a man and he was able to give many rights for women and stand up for us in a time when women were under threat.

#8|If you're to change something in the world, what would that be?

amaanahxwrites|There are many things in need of change, but for me, I think that any means of unnecessary violence should end, this includes war on civillians, bombings, acid attacks , domestic violence and so many other forms of unnecessary violence which take place everyday. The only time violence should be used is when it is for punishment for crimes like rape and murder or I think violence should only be used as a last resort when needing to change something important.

#9|What is your quote on Islam?

amaanahxwrites|I think Islam is a perfect religion which has been able to teach us so much. Yet many people try to twist Islam and use it in their own way and sometimes get religion confused with culture.

That's true. Btw I personally don't think some "Islamic" countries like Saudi Arabia or Qatar is any concerned about the state of our ummah today,Their latest business deals is a proof for that. Even though I kinda have a feel that they could be doing something inside,I don't know what's taking them this long.

amaanahxwrites|I do think that they are taking advantage of their wealth and are missing chances of doing the right thing all for their popularity with the Western countries. I can't understand how they can watch and support their neighbouring countries go through such genocides when they have the ability to help.

I agree with you.

#10|So let's get to fun stuff now,Have you ever been to Mecca?

amaanahxwrites|I went when I was about 8. It was a wonderful experience (my first time abroad) and it was nice to see so many people bought together through religion. I enjoyed the experience of going for taraawih at the mosque as it was very serene listening to the Quran recitation. One thing though was the child beggars which my friends had told me about. (Not sure if this still happens) Basically there would be children begging on the streets with their limbs missing and I was told people kidnap them and put them out there to beg. At the time I believed it but that was a but of a surprising thing. Not sure how true it was.

I'm also not sure,Allah haven't invited me to His house yet,But I know He will one day when the time is best Insya Allah,I'm praying for it. I don't know how true that begging thing is...I guess it's just your friends' parents' way of preventing them from wandering outside Lol XD

#12|Tell me about your readers! Do you have any favourite among them?

amaanahxwrites|My books aren't the most popular but one of my top readers is Niqabi_Secrets because she gives me honest advice.

#13|One word that defines you?

amaanahxwrites|Daring.

#14|What is your dream career,is it writing or some other profession?

amaanahxwrites|I would like to pursue a career in Software Engineering. But my parents are advising me to do dentistry so  not exactly sure.

DENSTIST? Stay away from me MONSTER! I'm gonna end this with one final question!

#15|What is your advice to the beginners on Wattpad?

amaanahxwrites|Don't write for reads,as in keep writing even if your book has a low number of reads. Keep developing your writing techniques and make sure your covers and titles are inviting.
