Interviewing The Wattpaders![And Crazy Challenges]

Assalamualaikum guys!

I think she's the oldest writer that I interviewed so far. It really boosted my energy when I got this interview (or Q/A, technically) done.

1).How did you discover Wattpad?

lailamehtaab : A friend of mine told me about it,actually he was complaining that his girlfriend is addicted to a story on Wattpad. So I thought why not check it out.

2).What inspired you to write?

lailamehtaab : Well....I missed Pakistani touch in Muslim stories. I mean there were many Muslim writers when I started writing but the background was all western type. So I thought why don't I try something new.

3).What is your favourite book on Wattpad?

lailamehtaab : There are many,but How to Train My Draconic Husband is on top of the list.

4).Who is your favourite Author on Wattpad?

lailamehtaab : I....... don't remember authors's names (^_^")

5).How was your reaction when you recieved your first ever comment?

lailamehtaab : Don't remember.

6).Would you release your book in future?

lailamehtaab : Umm.....I'm not so sure. I already have a profession and writing is one of my hobbies,not my only hobby. So I think I couldn't do justice with it like my profession. But if,if if if I ever publish anything, Wattpad and Wattpaders will be my first priority. My best ideas always be a part OF Wattpad. As my thanks to this platform and to those people who made me believe that I can write too.

7).What would you do if someone copy your work?

lailamehtaab : Hahaha! It's already happened to me. If someone wants to know what I did,He/She can go to "You are mine" and read the author notes. But I'm not sure if I did the right thing or not.

8).What is your response to hate comments?

lailamehtaab : To be honest, I don't recieve any negative comments much,and if I did,Then it's better to ignore it. I mean we can't make everyone Happy right? So why bother.

9).What is your advice to the writers on Wattpad?

lailamehtaab : Advice?Hmmm... Then be ready to write few pages XD,My first advice goes to FanFic writers,To me they are one of brilliant people who devoted so much time to a certain person and adjust other people around THE PERSON. Some people find it creepy but it worth every praise in it's own way. So FanFic writers,never look down upon your work.

My second advice is to Non-Western writers,Kindly show your own culture,Wattpad is a great place to learn about different cultures and values,and as readers we have advantage of asking you many things directly.

10).Finally,Do you find writing on Wattpad useful?

lailamehtaab : Aaaaa!......It does help me in meeting so many nice people but it also tires my fingers badly :(

11).Your favourite Reader?

lailamehtaab : All those who accepted me and my work as the way it is.
