Y/N'S POV

You watch the corridors of Riverdale High with Betty and Kevin, passing Veronica's welcome desk. You couldn't help but roll your eyes. V was going to a lot of trouble for a gang that she had previously hated. Archie glared at the building's doors, awaiting to greet the Serpents unwelcomingly.

"Archie, keep in mind, Juggie is a Serpent now." You remind the hot-headed ginger for the fifth time today.

"I know, Y/N, but it doesn't change the fact that they're dangerous." You scoff at the immature football star.

"Archie, did someone shove a stick up your ass this morning because there's nothing wrong with the Serpents." The halls suddenly become silent as the doors swing open and at least two dozen leather-clad teenagers enter the school, all of them sporting a grunge fashion similar to your best friend's style. Speak of the devil, your eyes land on Jughead, but soon drift to the girl beside him. Her gorgeous wavy hair with its pink streaks and her height comparison to the other gang members made her stand out, you saw a cheeky spark in her eyes. You are intrigued.

"Out of our hallways, Serpent trash." You attention snaps to Archie and Reggie, who look like they're ready to start a fight.

"Boys." You warn with an accusing tone and Veronica follows suit. "Didn't your mothers ever tell you that if you don't have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all?" The pink-haired girl smirks with approval, an eyebrow raised at your rebellious behaviour. You attempt to hide your blush, but Jughead spots it, soon catching on to your sudden attraction to his friend.

"Thanks Y/N/N." The Serpent girl, who hasn't stopped smirking, folds her arms in front of her chest.

"Y/N/N? That's a cute name." Your face practically burns with embarrassment as you try not to stumble over your words.

"Well, my real name's Y/N, but everyone calls me-"

"Y/N/N, I figured that much." Your friends are watching this whole exchange go on and most of them were silently cheering or smirking. You were out and proud when it came to your sexuality, but you'd never really shown interest in anyone ever since your last boyfriend/girlfriend/partner broke up with you. Suddenly, this Serpent girl shows up and you turn into a mushy mess — your friends knew you had it bad. Archie gives a look of disgust. He disliked your appeal for the gang member. "I'm Toni Topaz, but you can call me T or babe. Whichever one you prefer." You didn't think you could blush any harder, but you do.

"I just wanted to welcome you and the Serpents. I know we've had some rough patches, but most of us," As you emphasise your words, your eyes glare back at Archie, who just rolls his eyes. "are pretty welcoming. Besides, friends of Juggy's are friends of ours." You smile sweetly at Toni and her flirty exterior melts for a few seconds, her own cheeks lighting up like Christmas lights. She soon assumes her persona, continuing your conversation.

"I like your pin." You have at least twenty different pins on your denim jacket/backpack/satchel, but you knew exactly which one she was talking. Your pride pin stood prominently, showing your openness about your sexuality.

"Thank you, I got it in New York at the parade last year." Toni could feel Sweet Pea, Fangs and Jughead's cheeky eyes on her, almost teasing her. Jughead had told her before their school entrance about one of his friends in particular.

"I'm not just saying this because she's lesbian/polysexual/pansexual/bisexual/etc, but I think you'll like her." Tony had scoffed in disbelief.

"No offence, Jughead, but I have a feeling most of your friends are going to be stuck up and snooty." Jughead chuckles.

"I know, I know, but trust me on this one. She's extremely kind and loyal, but she has this bad side to her. She's gorgeous, plus she's love Panic! At the Disco! I have a feeling you two will hit it off." Jughead saw this as the perfect opportunity to rid of your heartbroken cold exterior. You hadn't been the same since your breakup with Y/E/N and he knew that you would love Tony.

"What's your favourite song?" Tony questions carefully, wanting to double check and make sure that this was the girl Jughead was talking about. You furrow your eyebrows at the perculiar question, but giggle and reply.

"Hands down, Girls/Girls/Boys by P-"

"Panic! At the Disco. I love them too." You can't help but grin at Tony in a cheesy way. An argument echoes down the hall and you soon realise that two of the 24 serpent transferees had disappeared. "Well, Y/N/N, it was lovely to meet you, but we must be off before we get expelled on our first day." Tony walks up to you. "I'll see you around, Princess." Her whisper hits your neck in a warm wave, sending shivers down your spine as your whole face flushed red. You bite your lip and whisper back.

"Bye babe." A giggle leaves Toni's lips as she winks and walks off with the boys. Betty couldn't help but squeal with excitement.

"Looks like Y/N has finally met her match." Kevin states as you watch Toni walk away, your eyes can't help but gaze at her ass.

"That girl is going to be the death of me."
