I rolled over and opened my eyes to find Mel asleep soundly next to me. Her face inches from mine, I've grown to adore the way it felt to fall asleep beside her.

I whispered, "Hey.... Are you hungry?"

"What?" Her voice was a raspy whisper.

"Are you hungry?" I asked, clearing the tired from my voice.

Melody opened her eyes slowly, and furrowed her eyebrows to one and repeated, "What?"

I chuckled to myself, and cuddled into her side, resting my head into her neck, "I said, 'Are you hungry?' "

Those green eyes of hers opened completely.

"You woke me up out of my sleep to ask me if I'm hungry?"

"Well. Yea."

"You know me so well."

I smiled into her cheek, then kissed it.

"Lets go." I got up, and went to her closet.

"Okay.... Just give me five more minutes." She whined.

I pulled out a pair of yoga pants and threw them at her.

"No, c'mon! Lets get brunch. I'm starving. Please?" I pouted.

She grumbled and put on the pants I threw to her, keeping on the shirt she had from last night.

"That's better." I smiled.

I bent down, and grabbed my shirt from last night, sliding it back on.

"Where to?" She asked.

"Oh Mel. If I told you, it wouldn't be fun, now would it?" I say slipping on my shoes.

"Ihop?" She raised a brow.

"Ihop."

She came to side, and asked, "Have you seen my flip flops?"

I looked around, "Right there." I pointed to the a pair by the mirror.

She slid them on, checking herself in the mirror.

"You look fine yeh know."

She frowned at her reflection, "Yea but my eyebrows aren't done. Neither is my hair."

I walked out her room, to the bathroom the next room over, and grabbed her contact holder from the cabinet and brush, and returned.

"Here, wear your glasses, to cover your brows. Oh and here's your brush."

A smiled appeared on her face, as she took the contact holder first.

She carefully, but memorably poked her eye, taking out her contacts and putting them into her rainbow holder we painted together.

"Woah. I am blind."

"As a bat."

"A bat who has previously been blinded before." She added.

I walked over to the drawer where she kept her Clark Kent precipitation glasses, and handed them to her.

She immediately put them on, "Why thank you."

I smiled at the sight of her, and spoke out, "These glasses make you look hot."

She pushed them on the bridge of her nose with her index finger, "So did your lip ring."

"Ha well I got tired of it."

"Same with glasses babe." She stuck out her tounge.

She returned back to the mirror and let down her mop of chocolate curls.

Chocolate curls? I think Ashton's dork is rubbing off on me.

"Hurrrrryyyy." I whined

Mel racked her hair and put it into a messy bun, with a few curls falling down in her face towards the front and back of her hair.

"I'm hurrying, I'm hurrying!" She sang, as she turned around.

"Perfect." I let out.

She grabbed my hand, and practically ran downstairs with it shouting, "Come on!"

I closed the door behind us, and we stood there, out of breathe.

"Woah.... For someone who just woke up, you sure do have a lot of energy."

She smiled, and patted down her boobs.

"What?" I asked.

"Uh oh...."

"What?" I repeated.

"Well. Ha funny story actually." She smiled awkwardly.

"Well?"

"Stay with me here. Ha but. Uhm. I left my keys in the house."

"You have your phone right? Just text the house to unlock it."

Oh did I mention that her parents are loaded?

"Ha ok. Uhm, another funny story. I left my phone inside too." She winced at her mistakes.

I just laughed, " Its okay. Seriously. C'mon we'll walk to my house, I'll drive us?" I offered.

"Sorry."

"Naaa, no need to apologize. I need to stop by home anyway. I reassured her, taking her hand into mine.
