Taehyung was confused. Very confused. He held a hand over his heart, sitting in one of the bathroom stalls in the diner. His heart had been acting up so he had excused himself from the table and walked to the bathroom, leaving Jungkook and Jimin alone to talk.
The green haired male was sure it wasn't an effect from the cigarettes he had smoked that morning and neither was it from drugs, since he hadn't been able to get his hands on any of them for the past week. Were this withdrawal symptoms from the lack of products his body used to get?
No, it couldn't be that. He didn't feel pain, he didn't feel warm or feverish, neither sick or twitchy. He felt a good kind of symptom. A little twinge in his heart that spread all the way to his toes.
He was creeped out by the feeling and tried to shake it off. Maybe if he tried ignoring it, it would go away.
Little did he know, that after meeting those two boys, the feeling wouldn't leave for a long time.

"I'm glad Taehyung seems to be opening up to us", Jimin smiled, sipping from his sweet coffee, "He even seems to be quite enjoying himself".
The younger hummed as he messily chewed on some cake with chocolate smudges all over his face but happy nonetheless. He wasn't aware of his dirty face until a napkin was thrown his way. He looked up into the amused eyes of the older boy, "You look like you dipped your head into a bath of chocolate. Clean that pretty face of yours".
Jungkook blushed at the words, both from embarrassment and the flustered feeling Jimin's compliment gave him. As he was furiously wiping his face with the fluffy napkin, Taehyung joined them back at the table.
"Seems like you finally told him about his chocolate facemask", the green haired male replied, sitting back down on his seat. He watched Jungkook whine in embarrassment, mumbling something about 'could told me soonerer' which made Taehyung chuckle the slightest. But he quickly stopped as he felt a familiar ache spread in his chest. He lifted up his hand and pressed it to his chet, a bit panicked about this feeling.
Jimin seemed to notice his odd behavior and looked at the younger with concerned eyes, "Are you alright?"
The youngest of them all watched the two boys from the corner of his eye and dropped the napkin, also worried about the other's strange behavior. He didn't want to say anything though, not wanting to pressure Taehyung even more into speaking. He had already noticed the green haired male tense and felt the uneasiness seeping from his body language.
"I'm fine", Taehyung spoke, a fake smile plastered on his face, "I'm just experiencing some strange cramps. Nothing to worry about".
"If you say so...", the oldest spoke, still hesitant about the subject because he didn't seem fine at all.
"Time is what Jimin hyung?", Jungkook asked out of nowhere, swinging his legs to the front and back, hitting the seat every time. He had stuffed his hands underneath his thighs like a little child which made both boys internally coo at his cute behavior and accent.
"It's 5:30 Jungkookie", the silver haired male answered, "Why?"
The youngest's eyes widened and he quickly jumped up from his seat, startling the two others.
"Parents will be worried oh no", he panicked, "I need leave".
"It's okay Jungkookie. I'll pay for you, don't worry", Jimin spoke, words calm and comforting, "Get home safely".
The younger nodded and snatched his coat from his seat, quickly mumbling an apology and a goodbye to both men.
"He's quite adorable don't you think?", Jimin spoke out, breaking the silence between them ever since the glass door shut behind the bunny boy. Taehyung hummed and took a sip from his coffee that had gone cold. He stared at his half eaten piece of chocolate mousse cake and sighed.
"I'm glad you decided on joining us", the older spoke up once again, making the other glance up at him, "I thought you'd forever be the rude weed boy I met at the cliff". He snickered at the roll of the green haired male's eyes, who huffed at his words.
"You're as annoying as Jungkook is cute", Taehyung muttered, immediately getting a menu card getting thrown in his face by a gasping male.
"How insulting", Jimin sulked, clicking his tongue, "You've gone back to your rude self".
He shook his head to himself and smiled seeing the other grin.
Guess some things never change.
But many things do.
