Newts POV

Tuesday, April, 15

"Hi, yeah, can I have the- Wait, NEWT!?"

I looked up from my notepad and looked at the other boy. "Minho?" He smiled and got out of his seat to hug me. "What are you doing here?" He asked. "Funny story, I forgot to tell you I was moving here?" I laughed nervously and rubbed the back of my neck. Why am I so nervous? He put his hand on his chest as if he was offended. "Wow, I can't believe you." He said. I rolled my eyes. He was always kinda the jokester. That's when I heard, "okay wait, what exactly is going on here?" I turned and it was the brunette. Now that I was up close, he looked more beautiful today. Shut up Newt! You have a girlfriend! "Oh, right! Thomas, this is Newt. Newt, this is Thomas." He said, pointing to us when he said our names. "Hi," I said, putting my hand out for him to shake. He stared at my hand for a second, and I swear I could see a blush forming on his cute face. After a second, his shaky hand shook mine. And again, it felt like fireworks going off in my arm. I don't know why this always happened. Oh well. "H-hi.." He said nervously back. We stared into each other's eyes. This was longer than any normal handshake. He had such big, beautiful Bambi eyes. But, it was soon ruined when I felt someone put their arms around my waist. "Newt, Baby!" I knew that voice anywhere.

Teresa.

"Hey babe," I said, turning around to face her and letting go of Tommy-Thomas! I let go of Thomas' hand. "I didn't see you walk in, did you go through the back? She asked, "uh, yeah. Was I supposed to go to the front?"I asked. "Well yeah, I want to see my lovely boyfriend!" She exclaimed. "Umm, well, I, uh," I didn't know what to say. I loved her with all my heart, it's just sometimes, she can be really clingy. "Here's an idea," I said, taking her hands off my waist. "Why don't you go do your job, and I do mine so that we don't lose our jobs." She frowned. She honestly looked a little hurt. "Oh, okay." And she turned around to all away. When I was about to turn around, she came back and smashed our lips together. It wasn't full of love, not anymore I guess. But then I thought the question was it ever Love? AH! I need to stop thinking like this... "I love you," She whispered and walked away.

I turned around to see Minho and Tommy- THOMAS! Why can't I just say, Thomas? Well, anyway, they both had shocked expressions. I looked at Thomas and saw a pinch of hurt in his eyes. I wonder what it's for.. (A/n Newt is so oblivious XD) "s-sorry. Now, um, what would you like to order?" I said, trying to act as if nothing happened. "Uh, can I have the breakfast omelet, with a white mocha and hash browns?" Minho asked. I nodded and scribbled it down in my notebook. "And for you?"I asked Tommy. I just gave up. His name is now Tommy for me, hopefully, that's not weird.. he shook his head, "I'm not hungry.." he said and looked out the window. "Okay... I'll be out with your food soon Minho." and then, I left into the kitchen.

I wondered what the cause was of Tommy's sudden mood change. Had I caused it? I hope I hadn't. He looked so miserable when I turned around.
